“Jaeckels treated me like family every step of the way. After the HEMI engine in my 2017 Ram 1500 failed, they helped me secure a replacement engine directly from Chrysler that came with a three-year warranty.
The price for both the engine and labor was very reasonable, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. After the truck was back on the road, I experienced a minor sensor issue. They addressed the problem immediately and made sure everything was working properly.

I had an appointment and they took my car on time, got it done fairly quickly at the time they said they would, and even washed it for me when I asked them to do that. When I came in I had a flat tire notification, Gabe had the team look at my tires and after the inspection it was revealed that I had some major pothole damage after a long drive from San Diego. He reminded me of my warranty and perks with Americas tire. I’ve had experiences with Gabe before, he is committed to exceptional customer service every time I work with him. He was thorough and explained everything well. He reminded me of the perks and benefits of warranties and working with Americas tire in the past which keeps me coming back for service.
