“Left waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody came out to assist while I waited in line. Employees at the counter did not even acknowledge me, nor cared to get someone to assist. Spent time yapping about nothing with other customers.Ken on the other hand is a great employee; he understands customer service. Only person to acknowledge me, and ask if I needed anything. Seems like the rest of the crew at the firearms section could learn a thing or two from him. He’s the only reason I gave 3 stars.*Edit 28DEC2023*Upgraded to 5-stars, love to see the changes applied. Actually got greeted as I walked in (something all Turner’s I’ve been to do),Ken still killing it at the firearms section (high speed, and professional).”
