“Left waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody came out to assist while I waited in line. Employees at the counter did not even acknowledge me, nor cared to get someone to assist. Spent time yapping about nothing with other customers.Ken on the other hand is a great employee; he understands customer service. Only person to acknowledge me, and ask if I needed anything. Seems like the rest of the crew at the firearms section could learn a thing or two from him. He’s the only reason I gave 3 stars.*Edit 28DEC2023*Upgraded to 5-stars, love to see the changes applied. “Fire arm, safety certificate, provided on location as well as the process of background check. Down payment on your chosen gun selection must be provided upfront. Of course, the department of justice clearance must be obtained for the purchase of the gun to be completed. I find that the prices are reasonable and I could ask any questions on the process, making it an ideal spot for first time gone purchasers. You can buy your ammo here as well and do the gun demonstration in person. There's a variety of options for consumers that are more experienced. There is a gun range in Santa Maria that you can use to practice be warned that they are free and so you must purchase that ammo for the practice from the gun club.”
