“Stayed in the RV rest stop for a few days. The facilities are great. They even have a gym that visitors can use. The lodge has a fantastic CYO diner on Friday evenings. Very friendly lodge staff and bartenders.”
“Nice very spacious room that would be a good place for a few days to work if needed. Clean and modern with bright hallways.
Have a small pool and gym, so everything you need for a quick trip.
Pay for the upgrade WiFi, otherwise you'll regret it. It took me a while to have the service switched.
Friendly staff and good location off the 101.”

“Ok we were coming to Santa Maria to watch a rocket launch from Vandenburg. Unfortunately, the launch was delayed and we couldn't stay. That said, my interaction with the manager was fabulous. The Wyndham website was having problems with accepting Discover card. So I had to book direct with the manger. For reservation. The cancelation policy for web site reservation is different than direct reservation. The manger was so gracious to accept the web site policy. He didn't have to, but I walked away no charge. He is a great guy! If traveling to Santa Maria again I would decimal stay there.”

“I have now stayed here five or six different times on business.Always a very nice hotel. They started charging for parking like you were in downtown LA or something kind of ridiculous in Santa Maria. Sorry, kind of feel jipped like it's just a way to add to the room cost. Not happy with it. We'll look for other options first next time.”
“It was a really good room for what we paid. Love that they except dogs with no deposit and they have a whole big grass area for the dogs to relieve themselves. Staff was super friendly. Will Def stay again”
“Bedding could be more comfortable also shower water pressure could be better as well. Stayed here twice now but this time they charge for parking which is crazy when you are already paying for a room, so if I don't pay parking where am I suppose to stay? That's just straight up abusing of clients. Will not stay here again!”

“We had to stay here for two weeks last minute while traveling. We were able to book quickly and easily. Apon arriving, they upgraded our room to the designers suite because it was available, which gave us extra privacy for our longer stay. They have a gorgeous, historic atmosphere. It was lovely to walk around during the day and relax in the hot-tub or pool in the evenings. If we needed anything like extra towels or room service, it was always easy to walk down and ask, or dial 0 to call on the phone provided. At $84 a night, it is beyond worth it. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“My husband and I love this little hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable and comes with free wifi, TV, a fridge, microwave and a/c.
The water is HOT with plenty of pressure. The prices are very reasonable. This is where we stat whenever we are in the area.”
“Had a wonderful stay. Was a little hesitant stayed when it was travel lodge and was a little sketchy. Gates lock great staff good breakfast. They have a waffle machine, that's always a plus. Pool, room, and outside area very clean. Would recommend highly.”
“Came in super late, front desk helped me out lots cause I didn’t really know what to do. They were very nice and kind, showed me how to get to my room which was helpful. Then in the morning, they had this very kind front desk man that helped me. Overall great stay. It was also assuring that they had so many cameras around the place and I felt pretty safe. For the price it was worth it. Would stay again.”

“Annette at the front desk was super kind! She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made check-in smooth and stress-free. Truly top-notch service—thank you, Annette!”
“We had a very comfortable five-star stay at this Best Western. The room, service and location all worked well for our needs. The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway in a practical, budget-friendly area. It isn’t an upscale neighborhood, but we felt comfortable during our stay. There were many families and working travelers staying there, including construction crews and other laborers.
The breakfast was one of the highlights. There were plenty of options, including yogurt, cereal, sausage and omelets with cheese and salsa. The coffee was also very good, and the large seating area made breakfast comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel has a pool, gym and hot tub, although we didn’t have time to use them. We were given a first-floor room close to the amenities, which was especially helpful because my mother is disabled and uses a walker. The convenient room location made the stay much easier for her.
The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. We found a very good Vietnamese restaurant nearby, and Costco was convenient for filling up our car before continuing our trip. It might be helpful for the hotel to provide guests with a list of nearby restaurants organized by cuisine, along with convenient places to buy gas.
Overall, this was a comfortable, accessible and affordable place to stay, with a great breakfast and a convenient freeway location. We would gladly stay here again.”
