“This place is awesome, why you ask?
1st I went to the wrong storage business on Betteravia just down the street, and there was no one in the office, however there was a number to call so I did. Just answering the phone was apparently a big task, he wouldn't let me say a word and finally he told me I'M WITH A CUSTOMER!! First of all he had no idea why I was even there, obviously that's not the way you talk to customers, and told him he sure lost me as a customer.
As I drove off I saw the storage business I was looking for!
From the moment I opened the front door Alicia welcomed me with a smile and that smile said a lot. She showed me options and I did get a storage unit. She was so professional and answered my many questions.
Obviously, the owners treat their employees right and not only is she a model for customer service, it reflects on the owners. At least to me it does!!
Not to mention the great deals they have!!”

“Love this family owned and operated company! The packers were efficient and super nice. They paid close attention to some of my weird requests and they weren’t afraid to ask questions on how I wanted something done. We chatted about life the whole time and it really put my nervous self at ease. The paperwork was complete (but I helped them with some itemization) well. A few things were skipped during packing, but I definitely could have done a walk through before they left, so I take the blame on that. Great family, awesome customer service, military friendly.”

“I have stored my very precious MotorHome at McCoy Lane Storage for years.
She was vandalized at another local storage and as I was making the proper Police Report, the Officer saw my upset and immediately told me to move my RV to McCoy Lane Storage.
The Police Officer told me that (they) "never get calls" about break-ins and/or vandalism from McCoy Lane. He told me it was the "safest" and most "well kept" Storage Facility in Santa Maria.
It is run very well with simple rules that apply to everyone.
They warmly got me set up in a great space and I have been very happy ever since! STORE YOUR STUFF THERE!!”

“We rented a Uhaul and the couple that helped us were so cool! And they had a dog named Chaos who was really a sweet spoiled baby! So cute! Good deal on the rental, the vehicle was clean, accelerated quickly and handled great! Being that it was my first time driving a big truck I found it pretty easy!”

“My entire PODS experience has been great so far. I received great support on the phone when I first inquired and the next time I called to make a change. I have had one pod dropped off and already picked up and received two more today. All of the delivery people have been pleasant, respectful, and professional. I know there is a lot more to this process with two more pick-ups and a month of storage before I see those pods again, but everything has been good so far!”
