Smart & Final Extra! is a popular warehouse grocery store where customers find great savings on groceries, supplies, produce, fresh meat, frozen foods, dairy and deli items. It is a good place to get bulk items for parties and for all the good stuff required at a lower price without lacking quality. Customers can usually find what they need. However, the store gets extremely packed very quickly, leading to very long lines, as extra checkers are not called promptly. Some customers report difficulty contacting the store, as phone numbers listed may not work, making it hard to confirm item availability before traveling. The store is noted for wonderful customer service. Staff and managers are very helpful, going out of their way to assist customers, help select items, and even set products aside. This pleasing and satisfying service ensures customers will definitely shop here again.
Great store with good quality food and prices. Definitely gives Costco a run for their money. I’d shop here first. I’ll post photos and videos next go around.
