“I exclusive shop Aldi for all of my groceries. The price is right ( I do buy their version of everything) and sometimes you hit the jackpot on 50% items. I also love their camping selection when it comes out and the country themed weeks reflected in the food options.”

“The young girl that was working the counter was so sweet and helpful. She had a great personality and helped me find the Tobiko and Seaweed Salad I was looking for!!”
“The girls that work here are always really nice. They always answer my questions with a good attitude. The store has a huge variety of items. Definitely one of my stores everytime that I go to Santa Maria.”

“I travel every end of the year and this is one of the butcher shops where I do my meat shopping ? because it sells pure quality, very high meat prices but it's worth it and that's why I give 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?”

“The workers are the best. The parking lot the worst. I'm glad to have a community-based store. That's part of what makes the effort of the workers so noticeable.
My issue with the parking lot has two parts -- its size and maintenance, and my fellow shoppers. I don't think I can easily change the habits of those driving -- but those with long bed trucks should have a designated space in the overflow lot. The main path in the front of the store was badly damaged and repaired. Hate it say it, but more rain is coming!”
“I want to extend a shout out to the two store employees and security officer who came to my aid. I was buying groceries and placed one jar of pickles and one jar of pickled beets on the top cart. I forgot to place the flap down and the two Jars fell out onto the floor. What a mess. I was so embarrassed. These three heros stepped in to clean the mess. I apologized and they made me feel better by saying, " It's OK no problem. We have this." There smile and body language just calmed me down as I was feeling bad for my oversight. I wish I would have gotten there names but Vallarta Supermarket you have great people working for you. As I made my way through your store every person who worked for you while I was there yesterday, from the bakery, to the takeout food dept, to the meat dept, cheese deli and vegi dept, were all very happy to help me. Great job. I was very impressed.”
“This store is the best corner store in the country, They literally carry everything I need. From food to beverage to home goods and much more. Anytime I run out of something important in my house like toilet paper, trash bags, pancake syrup , etc, I have figured out that Boone Street Market probably has it in stock and their prices are very reasonable for the minimal effort and time it takes to visit. Their staff members are very helpful and understanding. Thank you guys and I wish you years of continued success with your business!”
“Great store with good quality food and prices. Definitely gives Costco a run for their money. I’d shop here first. I’ll post photos and videos next go around.”
“The best grocery store in Santa Maria California, to my opinion. They have better varieties of Oaxaca delicates. From breads made in Oaxaca, to snacks to veggies. I tried all grocery stores while visiting Santa Maria, and this was my last stop, as I didn't find a couple of things in my list before heading back home to Mesa Arizona. And yes found the last of my wish list snacks all here! I even got fresh street tacos inside their mini kitchen next to their carniceria (meat department) this place was amazing! If you want to find real Mexican snacks, authentic Oaxaca bread (pan plano), to Oaxaca tortillas, come here! I spent over my original planned budget $$ but I took a lot of stuff I didn't plan to find! I was literally like a kid in a candy store!”
“Great place to shop to shop for food and personal stuff., Great staff and pleasant atmosphere
Excellent place to buy food and personal items. Excellent staff and pleasant atmosphere.”
“I’ve been in here with the fam and just nice ppl every time. I went in on my own was boarding had a spill on my way guy at the counter gave me a band aid paper towel genuinely asked if I was okay. I’m from the city where your local liquor store usually have decent ppl skills my experience in this town Santa Maria everyone is rude or fake these ppl welcome business treat customers like a friend feels genuine. There’s like 5-6 markets closer to me but I’ll go the extra distance just to support this store.”
“Cool tiny little liquor store in Santa Maria close to my step daughters bf home. Wide variety of things in this store however well worth visiting if in need of well a cold drink or snack or car supplies or show laces lol. Wide variety of things here.”
“I used to work there I don’t know if any of my former coworkers or my former boss still work there but I enjoyed working there and with those people so these five stars are for them”
“This is a Santa Maria landmark. I've been coming here for years and it's really never changed since I was a little kid. I like coming here because it is family owned and they always make these deep fried burritos in the morning. The breakfast burritos are so good! When I was younger I would stop by here on the way to school and grab two of them! Sometimes during the day they had regular deep fried burritos but that was awhile back. Not sure if they still do it now especially since covid and everything but these were so good. The prices here are pretty fair in my personal opinion especially since it's right off the freeway and they have little things that you might need if you don't want to drive straight to the super market. Overall I love this place! The people that work here are awesome and the prices are fair!”
“Thank you to the kind cashier who listened to me share my struggles and gave me flowers and a hug. It meant so much to me. Simple acts of kindness goes a long way.”
