T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. Customers adore the store, finding many treasures and just about everything needed. The store is clean, well-organized, and well-staffed, with workers knowledgeable about shipment status. Customer service is outstanding and excellent, with staff offering help and kind words. While the selection can sometimes seem limited, customers regularly find the items they look for.
I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate Daisy Medina. She was very informative and kind when helping me with a question regarding an item.

It's a great place to shop with a variety of reasonably priced items. My only complaint are the long lines to check out. The line was so long last time I put my stuff back and left bc I didn't want to wait to checkout. This was on a Wednesday afternoon, Sunday was much busier but I expected that on weekends.

Not a full inventory of men's clothing. Long line at checkout but moved quick. Clean well maintained store.
