“It's a great place to shop with a variety of reasonably priced items. My only complaint are the long lines to check out. The line was so long last time I put my stuff back and left bc I didn't want to wait to checkout. This was on a Wednesday afternoon, Sunday was much busier but I expected that on weekends.”

“I frequent this particular Neighborhood Market regularly. During every visit over the last 6 months I have noticed the work ethic of a specific employee. His name is Brian. I have visited this store during various times of the day. I have been there in the morning, afternoon and evenings. During these visits I have noticed that Brian is always there. It left me wondering when does he have a day off? Brian is always busy, hustling, loading carts with orders, stocking shelves, helping fellow employees or helping customers. Upon my encounters and interactions with Brian he has always been courteous and helpful. On top of that he is always smiling and in a good mood.
He is exemplary of what a model employee is and should be and what other employees could learn from him. I hope that Brian is recognized for his work ethic and dedication for a job well done.

“This Macys store is really run down, while I like Macys and they're keeping this store open but it needs more updating and the staff need to wear company unforms as most staff wear jeans, so so clothing when this is Macys, the staff should wear presentable department store clothing like men should wear tie's, slacks, dress shoes and the women should also wear more nicer department store clothing too. Santa Maria is not first class but the store should not reflect the Santa Maria look but the Macys store look. If the staff all complied with wearing nice store clothing, it would be a big plus for this store because I have been to other Macys stores and the staff have dressed better at other Macys stores. So if the manager is reading this, yes please keep the store open but get the store to update here and there and talk to the staff about nicer clothing to wear on the job at Macys”
