“This Macys store is really run down, while I like Macys and they're keeping this store open but it needs more updating and the staff need to wear company unforms as most staff wear jeans, so so clothing when this is Macys, the staff should wear presentable department store clothing like men should wear tie's, slacks, dress shoes and the women should also wear more nicer department store clothing too. Santa Maria is not first class but the store should not reflect the Santa Maria look but the Macys store look. If the staff all complied with wearing nice store clothing, it would be a big plus for this store because I have been to other Macys stores and the staff have dressed better at other Macys stores. So if the manager is reading this, yes please keep the store open but get the store to update here and there and talk to the staff about nicer clothing to wear on the job at Macys”

The only thing they lack is a decent produce and fresh food section. The cashiers and employees milling about are extremly kind, helpful and personable. Theyre always willing to answer any questions you may have or even strike up a friendly casual conversation. This is one of the nicest walmarts ive ever been to, and I grew up on the east coast where they are everywhere. Good work team. We are, we are Walmart!”

I have visited this store during various times of the day. I have been there in the morning, afternoon and evenings. During these visits I have noticed that Brian is always there. It left me wondering when does he have a day off? Brian is always busy, hustling, loading carts with orders, stocking shelves, helping fellow employees or helping customers. Upon my encounters and interactions with Brian he has always been courteous and helpful. On top of that he is always smiling and in a good mood. “It's impressive how messy it can become. Too bad some customers makes the shopping experience harder for others than it should be. Theft, throwing and leaving items on ground, piles of clothes for the retail employees to work, a great amount of exercise work for them, hurray!! Everybody probably enjoy the overtime pay. To some customers, it seems that they didn't learn how to act properly in public. Some of the issues probably come from corporate HQ, like in other retail stores, they are limited to a budget or ignore great ideas that can potentially improve customers service in the long term but refuse to invest a bit more money in the company like it has no future. Overall good customer service but it could be better.”

The staff were helpful and friendly, and were able to assist me with finding what I needed...and I had fun dressing up as a boozy reindeer. Overall, my experience at this Walmart was unremarkable but satisfactory. The store had what I needed at reasonable prices, and the staff were helpful.”
Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
