“The Bakersfield Model A club drove over to tour the Santa Maria Olive Co. Such a beautiful place with scenic views. The best olive oil I’ve ever tasted. Chef Matthew cooked up delicious hamburgers and hot dogs on a Santa Maria grill over Red Oak. We learned so much on our tour and tasting. A must see place if you are near Santa Maria. We will definitely come back again.”

“Costco Gas Station always has the best prices in the area, and this one in Santa Maria is no exception. Of course, it is the same as all the other Costco Gas Stations. There are long lines, and you have to wait, but you get a much better price.

The gas station is very clean, and all the pumps were working when I was there today. However, the entrance is too narrow. All you need is one bigger vehicle to block it. No one can get into the empty pumps in the middle! I hope Costco figures out how to improve it.”

De verpakkingen zijn enorm en daardoor iets goedkoper dan bij bijvoorbeeld een Walmart. Echte klapper was overigens de hotdog met drinken voor $1,50. Niet alleen spotgoedkoop maar ook erg lekker. “Honestly the best customer service I've ever had through any distributor. Brian, (the GM), has helped my wife and I step by step along the way as we've grown our business. When we first contacted him, he gave us all the options we had plus gave suggestions to start with based on our region, those suggestions were a hit! As we have continued growing our business, he's helped us bring on new products, helped us figure out better pricing options, and better shipping options. He is always quick to respond and always friendly. We've never met Brian, and in fact, we are on complete opposite sides of the country, but, Brian has been so friendly and helpful it feels like doing business with a good friend instead of just another business transaction. We greatly appreciate all the work he's done for us, and we look forward to many more years of doing business with Brian and the team at the Olive Oil Source.”

“I have been following Costco every town where I have time to shop. This one came up in the mid trip between greater Los Angeles to the San Francisco. I love the fact that it has gasoline pumps on site, it also has its unique specialty. Believe it or not Costco caters the local population & ethnicities. One time I found in this place a Japanese green tea below regular price elsewhere! This time I found Calrose rice. Costco limits this rice to where it deems more rice consumed area. Other brands of rice will be substituted for this brand based on what ethnicity lives in the area. I like the challenge to discover what each Costco will provide to its local population.So, next time if you happen to be in a Costco, try to play the game of discovery to find the exotic foods & unique items to specific geography while enjoying your saving that Costco will provide you on your bulk-shopping. Cha-ching, there goes your money out of your wallet!”

“Currently experiencing low quality customer service and negative attitude from an employee who didn't want to help me purchase the item I needed. My friend was shopping and asked an associate if they could grab an item off a pallet for them. The associate replied that they did not have the item in stock even though my friend pointed out that the item was on the higher shelf. The employee repeated that they do not have the item available on the floor. After hearing my friend's attempt to get help I then roamed the store looking for an employee who would help me. After finding what seemed to be a supervisor, I received the help I needed after the first associate came back to check the isle again, even though the other supervisor and I found it. He walked the isle and still did not see it until I pointed it out again. Once he came back with the lift to get the pallet the employee then continued to make remarks to his colleague that defended his poor attempt at stocking the shelves. Still leaving 5 stars to not spread anymore negativity but this employee needs to practice their service skills. They did apologize once he handed me the product I asked for but it shouldn't have taken us 20 minutes to get the item or service my friend politely asked for.”

“Mike in the tire shop was great! Had to air down tires for off-roading and having a hard time with the chuck. Came out and made a quick repair and got us back on the road fast.”
