The Annenberg Community Beach House is a beautiful public beach facility right on the beach. It is a lovely and spacious space, perfect for events with great AV setups, an outside pool, and performance abilities. The place is very clean and well-kept, making it easy for handicapped individuals to access the beach. Staff are friendly and nice. While the courtyard, splash pad, and view deck are open year-round, there is a fee for the pool area. The free tour of the Guest House is a must. It is a great hidden spot with great views, highly recommended as a place to go chill at the beach.
