Memorial Park is a quality park offering many different activities. It features tennis courts, a skateboard park, a gymnasium, a playground with children's apparatus, and a baseball field. The park is known for its strong pickleball community, with open play sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There are twelve courts for pickleball and a good range of various level plays. The city runs these sessions. The park has a decent size with picnic areas. There are a few picnic tables near the tennis courts, which are in the shade, providing a nice spot for a quick lunch. The grass grows green. Parking is available for free, though the parking area is kind of small and finding a space can be a challenge due to a lot of traffic. Restrooms are clean and located by the softball field, though some note they are not plentiful and you have to roam around to find them. The park is dog-friendly. There is a separate dog run, and people are seen playing with and walking their dogs in the grass area.
Went to drop in pickle ball here and was surprised at how well maintained the courts are and how organized the drop in games were. Toilets were also pretty clean for a public park.

Nice park with lots of specialized sport areas, from tenis to baseball, soccer and skateboarding. Because of that though it’s really hard to find parking. Has a nice playground area for kids, with lots of structures and activities.
