“We had a weird highway accident with a rolling cinder block from an adjacent 18 wheeler. The damage involved multiple sensors, the grill, the AC condenser, and removal of the cinder block that was still lodged in our car. It seemed a lot to fix, but Caliber accomplished it flawlessly. We highly recommend them!”

“Carlos got me in first thing in the morning on a Saturday! His crew worked quickly, were reliable and honest. I was on the road with a few loose belts and needing to get back home to Arizona and they really made it happen for me. Not the most usual car to work on either being that it was an 85 Nissan 300zx.
Thankful to have read all the great reviews on this shop which led me there. I don’t usually write reviews but they most certainly deserve a great one.

I stopped by a month ago as I had a headlight out. Junior immediately got to work replacing it and was done in 5 minutes. Usually Mercedes requires you to take off the front end but he had special tools to make it faster.
I came back for my squeaky brakes. He explained exactly what was happening and what I needed to fix right away and what I could wait on. He gave me a fair price and even took it for a wash/detail and checked everything was working properly. He also topped off my coolant and wiper fluid AND put air in my tires. THAT is the type of guy he is! Very caring and sweet! No other mechanic can compare to his level of service and kindness.
So stop reading and take your car there right now! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.”

“I am a father who lives in Chicago who has a 25year-old daughter who goes to school in the Los Angeles area. She has a 2018 Hyundai ELANTRA that she brought in yesterday to get the brakes looked at based on a perceived brake issue. The members at Santa Monica Brake evaluated the situation and determined that, although there was a slight issue, no brake work would need to be performed for approximately 10,000 miles. I have heard about the honesty and integrity of Santa Monica Brake but I witnessed it through my daughter first hand when she picked up the car yesterday afternoon, no fee for the diagnosis !! Needless to say, my daughter will be back in 10,000 miles.”

“If I could give Pacific Motors 10⭐️ I would in a heartbeat! We have a 2018 Macan GTS and have been price gouged by Porsche Beverly Hills for YEARS…Luis and the guys at Pacific Motors were able to replace all four brake pads and sensors with factory Porsche pads AND detect/fix a coolant issue WITH a Two Year Warranty at LITERALLY 1/5 the cost I was quoted at BH Porsche. How you may ask? Bc every Porsche dealership charges ~$475 per hour of labor while paying their techs -$45/hr. It’s a horrendous ‘scam’. We will ONLY be working with Luis at Pacific Motors from here on out!!! We ❤️ our Macan and maintaining “Lucy” is important to us and we are beyond thrilled to be working with a Shop that CARES about its clients and their vehicles and not just what they can charge.”
“This is my go-to spot when I need work done on my car. These guys can do it all, from brakes, to engine mounting. Sometimes they need to order parts for specific jobs, but when you are scheduling an appointment, tell them exactly what needs to be done, and your make/model/year, they will arrange to have the parts ready by the time of your appointment. While sometimes the work that I ask them to do is complicated and time consuming, they usually finish it a little bit early, which is great for me since I have a bit of a drive to get back home from the shop.
The folks working there care about their customers and their cars. Ajit is super helpful in explaining everything that he is doing with my car, and makes sure that everything is running smoothly before he hands me back the keys.
Prices are very reasonable here. Over the last several years, they’ve saved me a lot of money when compared to getting the same work done at a dealership. 10/10 service, cannot recommend this place enough!”
“10/10 first time experience with Simur, Ray, Kevin, and Wayne. Abruptly I began to see smoke from under the hood in my 2014 BMW. Being new to the area, I panicked and went to research nearby BMW mechanics. I stumbled onto The Haus and gave them a shot.
Incredibly educated mechanics and staff here at the Haus. They were patient and explained the results of the diagnostic tests. They then helped with prioritizing repairs based on urgency. The team was also quick to comfort me that the issues I was dealing with was routine wear and tear in my 2014 BMW.
The Haus has become my go-to mechanics here in Santa Monica!”
