“We had a weird highway accident with a rolling cinder block from an adjacent 18 wheeler. The damage involved multiple sensors, the grill, the AC condenser, and removal of the cinder block that was still lodged in our car. It seemed a lot to fix, but Caliber accomplished it flawlessly. We highly recommend them!”

All service personnel there are very kind and helpful, and down-to-earth. For instance, they helped me transfer items from my car to the loaner they kindly procured for me.
Importantly, Jose persisted in explaining to MB that the issue with my car was covered under warranty. Repairs would otherwise have been extremely expensive. Thank you Jose!!!!”

“I am a father who lives in Chicago who has a 25year-old daughter who goes to school in the Los Angeles area. She has a 2018 Hyundai ELANTRA that she brought in yesterday to get the brakes looked at based on a perceived brake issue. The members at Santa Monica Brake evaluated the situation and determined that, although there was a slight issue, no brake work would need to be performed for approximately 10,000 miles. I have heard about the honesty and integrity of Santa Monica Brake but I witnessed it through my daughter first hand when she picked up the car yesterday afternoon, no fee for the diagnosis !! Needless to say, my daughter will be back in 10,000 miles.”

“Luis and co are the best! Took them three days to figure out why my car was randomly shutting off when it took Mercedes dealership two months! I always always rely on them. Theyre fast, good at what they do, and cheaper than anyone ive sent car to in LA area! Love this place. Will keep coming back.
Update: Luis is ALWAYS my go to guy when I have car trouble. Ive called him on a Sunday and he patiently waited and advised me on my car that was having trouble outside of LA throughout the course of the day. They are the best best best and I trust them with my life. So appreciate this kind of shop exists in this day and age and in a major city… the trust and service is like no other”

“Carlos and Jerry were wonderfully helpful and pleasant. I was initially referred by Modesti's a couple months back. They did bodywork repair for my Corolla when I was run off the road and helped handle the insurance claim. They made what was intially a very painful process much more bearable. IIRC the car was cleaned when I picked it up, which is always appreciated. Just stopped by again and honesty goes a long way. Great shop on the westside.”

“If I could leave 6 stars I would! Darvin and his team provide fast service, incredible quality of work, and reasonable prices! As a young female college student living alone in LA, figuring out car repairs was my worst nightmare. So when JiffyLube told me I had all these urgent issues with my car, I went to about 10 different places trying to get quotes to compare prices. So many shops tried to overcharge or convince me to do work that wasn’t necessary. I had to get my dad on the phone a few times to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off. But Darvin was so honest and helpful in explaining what work was actually necessary. He gave me reasonable estimates and honored those prices when I came back later. I’ve brought my car back to him twice since then. He’s replaced my brake rotors and pads, replaced one of my bearings, and helped with a tire issue. Six months later and my car runs better than ever! I always feel confident and my parents love knowing that I’m in good hands with any car issues!”
“We drove from Sacramento after a dissatisfing expierence at Carmax Roseville. We call SF Toyota and talked to Jerel about a Venza. A couple hours later we arrived in SF. We were greeted by Jerel. He was very up beat, positive and accommodating. The deal was simple and stress free. The Venza was awesome, as described and ready. Carmax wouldnt even let us see the Highlander we were scheduled to see. We closed our deal in about 2.5-3 hours. They even offered to buy us dinner. Great Expierence!
