“It’s a shame that this review will only be one in a group of many, because our appreciation and gratitude for Jack and Mike and the service they provide should be weighted much, much more. My family endured a 2yr long legal battle with my HOA over water intrusion and mold in our flooring. Jack and Mike couldn’t have been more patient and understanding through the entirety, going above and beyond with legal delays and twists and turns to make us at least feel secure and comfortable with what their products would eventually deliver. They had no business interest in dealing with our legal mess, but being the kind people they are, always extended nothing but patience and kindness. There could be no better company for your flooring and window treatment needs. Jack, Mike and everyone at Custom Blind & Carpet will be there for you for every possible hurdle. “Steve and Craig are great. I was looking to replace some boards on my Kitchen floor. Contacted floor manufacturer only to find out my floor was discontinued. I asked the manufacturer if they had anything close to what I was looking for and was told they only deal with contractors. I then asked if they had a contractor near me that I could contact. I was provide with 3 different contacts one of which was Sunset Floors Inc. Looked them up and visited the shop, they helped me find a 99% match to the flooring i was looking to get. Steve suggested to have manufacturer get a sample piece to ensure we were happy with the match. Received sample and it looked good. Craig arranged an appointment to come out and determine exactly how much flooring i would need. The customer service experience had been such a positive one that when Craig came out for the measurements I asked if he could measure our two bathroom floors as well because they were in need of an upgrade. They provided us with reasonable pricing that we decided to have the kitchen and bathroom floors done. The crew showed up as scheduled, they were quite and professional, did a nice job. Steve, Craig (Sunset Floors, Inc) thank you. If your ready for an upgrade Sunset Floors Inc. Is your one stop shop for beautiful flooring.”

“I had a great experience with My Superior Carpet Cleaning! Tony was friendly, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. He provided a time window of 9-10 AM and texted me when he had an exact arrival time. They cleaned my area rug (which had pet stains) along with a couple of bedrooms and my family room carpet. Everything turned out spotless, and I was very impressed with the results. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again!”
