Plenty of staff, lots of open agents at their computer, I was the only one waiting…50 minute wait for a 5 minute transaction that Chase requires you to come in person for. Lack of customer service at this branch unfortunately

Came in and spoke with Robert, a banker at this location. Extremely professional, went above and beyond to help. Will continue banking with Chase because of great customer service providers like Robert. If you want to open up a private client account and want the Vip service that comes with it, ask for Robert.
