“I went in here because I needed help with my Capital One checking account. Full disclosure: it took 2 visits to solve my issue - both times required the associate calling the customer service line.
The associate was friendly each time and even gave me a free coffee for my inconvenience.
Also, I love the free mini conference rooms for Capital One customers - book through the app!”

I arrived feeling incredibly discouraged after a major debacle at a different branch where I was unable to get the assistance I needed. Judith completely turned the situation around! She stepped in with a rare combination of professionalism and genuine empathy, handling my notary service with efficacy and meticulous care. We've always consistently had detailed and personalized service, but the new crop of tellers, especially Megan P and Kaz A, are outstanding, and recently helped us navigate an issue with some fraud and reorganizing multiple accounts. It was difficult, but they patiently took care of the problem. It feels old school to walk in now and be greeted like we're neighborhood associates!! Go say Hi- they will be excited to see you!”
“I do not understand the negative reviews for this location. Personally, I have been treated with smiles and respect from everyone in this location, even by the security guard at the door. “Had a great experience here today with a complicated deposit. Not sure of all the staff member names but Jordy was nice, efficient, and careful with my transaction. Even watched them handle a few rude customers well. Sad this branch seems to be closing in May when it's the most highly rated in the area (which is why I came by)! I hope they go where they're supported in being good tellers.”

“I would love to give them 5 stars but I won't because I specifically told the bankers to use my private mailbox address and not my personal address. Twice they sent to my personal address which they kept saying that my private mailbox address is on file. Even if it's on file, you don't send to my personal address at all! Now my app locked me out!”

“I came here urgently because my debit card was blocked due to a fraud transaction, and I needed cash right away. I was a bit worried at first because the reviews weren’t very high, but my experience turned out to be positive.
A male staff member was very kind and helpful. Even though my card was blocked, he assisted me in accessing the money in my account and withdrawing cash, which really helped in a stressful situation.

“Visited this Chase branch today and had a really good experience. To be honest, I’ve been to a few other Chase branches before and wasn’t always happy with the service, but this branch was different.
Robert Perez helped us! he was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and handled our request quickly. The whole process was smooth and much faster than we expected.
It’s nice when you meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. We left very satisfied and will definitely come back to this branch in the future. Highly recommend!”

This one they have free self parking in the back but the new one on san vincente blvd you have to self parking and had one lady just sit there and said you have to pay to go to the bank because she said the bank not validate for parking , thanks”
“Comerica has been my bank for 9 years. They have always had what I consider the best people a bank could hope for. Now at 4th and Wilshire, they are prompt, friendly, and very conscientious. One of their people went out of her way to help me get a card -- and remove certain charges from my statements. I have rarely had to wait at all -- only once that I can remember.”

“Great service, very helpful staff. I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, a staff saw me waiting in the middle of no where quickly came and asked if I need anything? And I said “I have an appointment and I came early, I’ll wait no worries”. He then quickly helped to direct me to my appointment manager. Mxxx was extremely helpful and very patient, did her best to help process my account opening and credit card approval.Make an appointment online a day before is adequate.Ps: I enjoyed sitting in that very aesthetically pleasing office.”

“As an international student who just moved to LA, this was my first time opening a bank account and getting a debit card in the U.S. I had a 10 AM appointment and expected it to take about two hours, but the process took longer than I thought. I stayed for about three hours in the morning, went out for lunch, then came back around 3 PM and finished everything in about 30 more minutes.
It was a long day and both the staff and I were pretty tired by the end, but they were very kind and patient throughout the whole process. I was a little worried because I saw the rating was around 2.9 stars and read some negative reviews, but my experience was actually very positive.

“Tyonna Yearwood at the Santa Monica Branch is very caring and amazing at her job and God heard my prayers. I needed a personal loan to cover unexpected funeral costs that were just getting eaten up by credit card rates. Then she was able to get my car refinanced for much much lower! This is such a huge burden off my shoulders and now I will see forward progress! I must mention that I am in Arizona now and so all this was done over the phone.
