βI had questions on towel hooks and they were answered very quickly via email. Additionally, I was given a phone # to call to discuss further and they took my order on the call to address my concerns, offer a solution and expedite the process. Very customer oriented!β

βBefore you had to wait in a long line because cashiers didn't wanna work so they made everyone do self checkout, and now they stopped self checkout, and only have 1 cashier to checkout everyone. Went from bad to worse....β
βSign up for Big Lots rewards and it saves! My friend and I shopped together and shared a cart. You need to bring quarters to release a locked shopping cart.( you will get your quarter back when you return the cart in the locked position).
5 stars to Vivian, the cashier. She has helped me before when I ordered a toaster oven online, and had to pick it up at the store. She is professional, helpeful, efficient and on top of things! Vivian helped us again today and made sure we scanned our coupons. My friend and I bought a few things, but the main items were patio chairs. We brought our own bags which Vivian was grateful for and she quickly bagged everything. Thank you Vivian!!β
βThe fried chicken is to die for! It was a nice small restaurant. The host was polite and accommodating. He even had a cool turn-table record player playing great seventies jazz and hip-hop. It added a welcoming appeal to our delicious brunch meal. It was a little pricey, but worth it??β

βFirst to review? Well this is exciting, indeed! I've never been the first to review anything! This little store is Palms' best kept secret. It's the place that had toilet paper when Target, Vons, and Amazon were out. It's the place that had paper towels when Target, Vons, and Amazon were out. It's basically the little place that helped Palms People (yes, I just invented "Palms People") survive the shortages of 2020. And I still am a customer, even in 2021! You truly never know what you will find here. Sometimes, hidden among the random, cheapo brands that you've never heard of, you'll find Kirkland or other brand name products at deeply discounted prices. Also, the staff is masked, gloved, and is taking COVID precautions very seriously. Just know that they do close promptly at 6pm, and I mean PROMPTLY!β

βAmazing store literally has anything you need even when you don't know you need it. They have everything from snacks, to eggs, to cigarettes, to household chemicals, toilet paper, spices/sauces, and cutlery/kitchen utensils. Place is the definition of clutch. The guy who works there too is the man, always starts a nice conversation and always super funny. He even has uhaul services which is crazy convenient. Not to mention how close it is if you live in the neighborhoodβ

βI'd like to leave my special thanks to Mr. Juan. I was searching for water walker that day but I can't find more sizes to try on. I asked Mr. Juan when he passed by, he gave it a check but cannot find more at first. Then I go into the fitting room, when I got out, I was told that Mr. JUAN has found more pairs for me to try on. IT'S A SURPRISE because I didn't ask him to find it for me at all. It's the service beyond my expectation. I am touched by his kindness and service spirit. A great experience in TJ maxx!β
βFirst of all I can't believe there is only one Dollar General in the Los Angeles area, there so much business potential if they opened more locations. 2nd the fact that you can still buy products for an actual $1.00 is amazing. This location was clean and well organized. Friendly associate as well. small parking lot available.β
βIt got better than the beginning of the year its small but got more stuff. And Edgar the manager the BEST YOU CAN ASK HIM ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT. Wishing g they can move to a bigger place and bring what dollar tree has in the central and east coast :)β

βThis is the only store where i can find the jumbo laundry bags!!! They sell those small items you need instead of visiting the larger retailers.. Such as...Undies,socks,car, kitty litter,laundry detergents,snacks, water and shoe strings..ect?Staff is always nice and the store is clean. They have a ATM machine also.β
βReally useful store with fair prices. Came in handy for a number of items and projects when I first moved to the area! Not great for groceries but they have just about everything else..β

βNew dollar tree store in West LA. Fully stock unlike most other stores that's mostly located in the inner city/hood/ghetto/traps/trenches for example, keep it up!β
βAwesome location, two floor set up helps with the foot traffic! Well organized only down side is that it did appear to be a little understaffed, but I do also understand that my visit was on a Sunday afternoon. Nonetheless still a great experience nice and tidy and was able to find what I was looking for and then some!β
βGreat! Very well organised, staff were friendly and it was handy to have a frozen section as well as a health/beauty section, soft drinks, US bunting, general snacks too. We used it loads during our stay. Most things are $1.25. Some things a little higher.β
βYes, the place is a bit dirty, the employees/owner(s) can be a bit brash at times, but as long as you're just there to shop and go about your business, it's a great shop. They have all sorts of odd, and unique things, among other useful household items that are well-priced. And despite the name being "99Β’ Depot" which may seem misleading, the prices are fair in my opinion. The receipts now say "Dollar Plus Depot" as the name which is more accurate so they may be in the process of changing their name. Despite the shortcomings, it's a great place to find craft supplies, cheap tools, organizers, kitchenware, and other basics that can cost a fortune at department stores or can only be found online.β
βOne of the last true dollar stores. You have to look at everything knowing itβs not the best item but it will be just fine. I like going to the stores with my kids. Tell them to pick 1 treat and it doesnβt break the bank.β

βThe employee's at store 7879 are great, very very helpful. I hope they get paid well, because the few times I've shopped here, it looks to me like they put up with a lot, from keeping the store stocked and in order, to dealing with some of the despicable people who steal/fight/disregard the normal rules of social-life ethics. It doesn't seem easy or safe, with that said they manage to keep up the store and serve customers politely and with a smile. Im sure the store manager has alot to do with it... She's professional, from my experience,at least. (I dont know her by name but she wears glasses) So yes I recommend shopping at the store. Its a good store. Thanks to the wonderful people who work there ?β
βThe phone number to the store doesn't work. I was trying to call to let them know that I left my a toy that I bought at the register that I paid for. I didn't realize it until I got home, and I couldn't go back to get it because they were going to close in 10 minutes (@ 9pm)Other than that, the store has a nice crafts section, and the 2 employees that were there tonight were pleasant and friendly. I hope I'll be able to pick up my daughters squeeze toy ball that I forgot at the register. She was looking forward to playing with it. UPDATE...I was able to get the toy back. I'm so thankful that the cashier let me get the toy easily after I told her I left it by accident. Great customer service ??β

βOne of the few places that sell Gunpla model kits on the Westside of Los Angeles. Lots of anime stuff but a little overpriced, but it's still better than going to smelly bum ridden Downtown LA, I'd rather pay a little more than having to deal with downtown.β
