“I needed an unusual part (condensate adapter) for a bathroom sink on an older house. I called a plumber, who checked it out, said he didn't have one, left and went to the office, and called back and said he couldn't find it. To repair it, they would have to reroute the AC condenser line out a wall, a very expensive project. The next morning, I went to two hardware stores and neither carried the part. One was kind enough to suggest Hirsch. I went to Hirsch, spoke to two courteous and professional workers, and one came back with the exact the part I needed. The price was reasonable, actually better than reasonable, and I left a very happy customer. Thank you to Hirsch Pipe and your staff. I highly recommend Hirsch for all your piping needs.”

“I recently left a one-star review. I would like to retract what I wrote. I have dealt with Snyder Diamond for years, on three house remodels. The project managers always have been helpful and accommodating with years of experience and excellent advice. Why did I write such a negative review? Well, sometimes life throws curveballs and everything seems to fracture at the same time. I took my frustration out on Snyder Diamond which they didn't deserve. I didn't check my phone messages; my impatience was my fault. I have my order in hand. I apologize to Snyder Diamond and any customers who might have been in doubt after reading my review.”
