Worst bank ever when it was One West but things have changed with the name! Sebastián Romero was so helpful setting up a POA account and others for my sister. I wanted to switch banks so badly but I am glad I didn't.

Horrible customer service. Walked in today and there were two tellers and eight people waiting in line. Over a 30 minute wait to make a simple deposit. This is not the first time, sadly. Frustrating to say the least. If you are wanting a fast and efficient bank FCB is not the one for you. Time to move on.
