“I called Image Square to print a 20"x30" collage directly onto metal, but I needed it with a fast turn around time for a retirement gift for a coworkers retirement party. Tom helped me via telephone and was very helpful and guided me through any questions I had while uploading my file and selecting from some of the options on the online order form. Tom even called me the morning I need the print back by to ensure I knew it was ready to be picked up. The quality of the work was excellent and the print was loved by the person we gave it to. I will definitely be using Image Square again in the future.”
“This location is great! It’s very calm, not too crowded, and the workers are always nice and friendly. The store is pretty clean and has all the essentials you might need. They also have a printing area where you can do it yourself which is super convenient. Free Parking lot is available in the back, with meters in the front, making it easy to get in and out.”

I have visited the Santa Monica location for three separate (and important!) print jobs, and each time, I am SO impressed with the customer service, ability to work under a quick timeline, and most of all - the quality of the print products! Zora is my hero! She goes above and beyond! I am an illustrator / designer, and it’s so important to have a high quality printer for final assets (especially when clients expect the best), and I am so happy I found this place. “So, I have a job interview at a business nearby. They already have my resume as a pdf through LinkedIn. But, it never hurts to be prepared and have a physical copy, especially one that's laminated for extra credit points. When I asked the person behind the counter cutting things on one those large rectangular tables with the sharp blade embedded within handle, for precision cuts, I asked how to print something from my laptop. CC said oh just go here, email this address and then once you have the code we send you, then use the printer etc etc. I didn't realize that my checking account which only had $27/28 in it would be charged $25 for a deposit and then the remainder would be deposited back (could take a few hours or a few days depending on your bank apparently) into my account, because I just assumed I'd be charged for the $1-2 incl. taxes for the two sheets of paper (resume and back-up resume). I calmly explained my problem and said what do I do? And CC was extremely helpful in solving my problem. CC didn't have to go above and beyond ;but, he was quick, polite, and made sure I got to my interview on time. Zero complaints. If you need anything printed nice, book reports for school, resumes, formal letters, RSVP's, etc... I'd come here.”
