Hey Society 6.Tried and never buying from them again. Delivered the wrong item that was supposed to be a Christmas present!!! Of course, it took forever to ship.The one positive thing about this whole experience is their customer service rep that issued a refund on the spot. I thank you Karla!

My art print arrived damaged as the packaging was bent and torn during transport. I emailed customer service regarding the issue and I received a replacement in the mail 2 days later. I appreciate their prompt response. The art print is very good quality and was reasonably priced. I will purchase from Society6 again.

I ordered a comforter, pillow shams and a shower curtain in one order and a throw pillow in another order from Society6 and I was extremely disappointed for the price of $467. I received them in 3 different shipments when they could have have sent it in 2 and saved an extra shipping charge. What I ordered and what I got as compared to the description was quite disappointing: the comforter was supposed to be a queen size - 88x88 it said in the description and it's barely 75x75, the filling is also larger than the material so it bunches up on the edges and needs to be messed with after using the bed. The pillow shams and shower curtain are much better but all of the material that it's made of could be a better quality. When I received the throw pillow it was a pillow and a pillow cover not even put together. The pillow is 16x16 as in the description but the pillow cover is 12x12 and when you put the pillow in it's kind of overstuffed. I don't want to go through the hassle that it's been with them trying to get answers so I will just deal with it but the next time I order something I will not order from them regardless of how much I like the design and color.

I ordered a fleece throw blanket. The artwork is great, but the quality of the throw and the printing is terrible. Will not order from this company again.

I purchased two sets of curtains from society six, and they are mismatched, and I cannot seem to even with trying to formalize a complaint or request to replace with a complete two sets of curtains. I am unable to even submit my request to replace. I am forced to formalize a complaint, because even with this phone number that is through a pass-through phone system they just direct you to fill out your complaint on their online portal which does not work.

Items have been decent quality.We shipped to Canada. Emails from shipping company indicated that we'd need to pay customs and duty fees. We didn't respond to the messages and never had to pay, although it may have delayed the shipping slightly.Irritating that each item is shipped separately, even if of same type.

I tried to upload my artwork to sell on society6.com. When I went to the site to where I would locate my artwork for sale I type in the title names of my works but my artwork is nowhere to be found. It wont even come up when I type in the exact title name. All that comes up is other artist who work does not even go with the word that I search with. Like I have a work with a cat on it so I typed in the search feline and pictures of cowboys, and dishes came up? So its like impossible to sell on that website because they wont make it where you can find your work. I dont even think they publish your work unless they think it will sell , and they will only sell from certain artists. Which is not fair . I am not happy with my experience with society6 as a seller. Which ***** because I really needed to make some income and I thought that it was the perfect way to sell my art. Very dissatisfied.

Return policy doesn’t even mention missing/lost items. I didn’t receive an item I ordered and they sent a replacement order that somehow got lost without tracking information available. Contacted customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do because of the 60 day window to cancel and replace orders. Make this policy CLEAR. Otherwise it just seems like this company is trying to profit off of vague policies and lack of accountability.

I really like their coasters, bamboo trays, and mugs. I will say the price point is a bit high for what you get. It is an artist's work stamped on an item. But there are some great artists. Kay Cordingly is my favorite!We have had a lot of issues with the mugs -- scratching, chipping, and breaking. One day I was holding my coffee mug and it fell on the floor in pieces. I was left holding the handle. Strange. Fairly sure that is not supposed to happen. ☕

I tried to cancel my order on the same day that I placed it. They wouldn't do that. Now that I want to return it, customer service is unreachable. I will never deal with a company who treats their customers this way, again! They don't even deserve one star.!

I ordered a $500 rug and paid extra for 2 day shipping. My address was entered incorrectly by Society 6 on the shipping label, so UPS misdelivered it. I contacted Society 6 twice within 48 hours. No response. I then turned to UPS, who traced the package and a few days later delivered it. Due to the poor packaging, it arrived damaged and dirty. I cannot remove the black stains. A month later, I have had no response from Society 6 about the refund I requested for my upgraded shipping costs.

Terrible rug quality. I bought a rug in August. I am not sure when it happened, but I missed their return window which is only 60 days for all products. At some point, my rug which was less than 4 mo old developed snags. I immediately looked up care instructions, "Easy to clean. Simply vacuum and wipe with soap, water and non-abrasive cloth". I have done exactly this and nothing different. For a rug that is so expensive $500, I would expect it to last longer than 4 mo. I contacted their customer support and they said I couldn't return it because I was outside of the window. I also asked for the situation to be escalated to no avail. I would never buy another product from them and before this, I had been very happy with their products. I have a duvet cover that I love. I guess I wish they had given better care instructions, developed a product that lasted longer, and had better customer service when this happened.
