No employees on floor to help, have to chase them down and even then they aren’t keen on helping customers. Also experienced profiling, was followed and brazenly watched the entire time I shopped here, all the way to the door!!! Definitely a store for the blonde hair and blue eyes!!!!

I am only giving this store 3 stars, but it isn't their fault. There is a homeless situation in this area and shopping makes it a bit uneasy. Most items are locked up, due to theft here and at other stores in Santa Monica, which is sad. Again, it is not the fault of Target. They are doing their best to keep shopping safe for customers.
This store is a small shop so I suggest you download the Target app to see if the item you are looking for is IN STOCK. Most often the things I want are in stock but not always.
This Target has a CVS pharmacy inside. I have picked up my Rxes here on occasion. The staff here are very friendly! This is not my usual CVS pharmacy, but when my CVS pharmacy doesn't have my meds, I am directed to this one inside Target.
There is a very small parking lot adjacent to the store entrance.

ZERO baby-proofing items. No plug plugs, no drawer locks, no gates, nothing.
USELESS.

Needs better parking enforcement. In an already limited 20-spot parking lot, on a Sunday afternoon, I come up to find 1 man sitting in his car on the phone, another man is cleaning and organizing his car, and the one open spot is unusable because both cars on either side parked over the line. So many signs about pay or be towed “strictly enforced”… apparently not. I didn’t even get to go in!!! I had to leave!

Fantastic store, great staff. For all of those complaining about things being locked up then you need to go and leave a bad review on the LA city council page - not target. If we have criminal and drug enforcement, then everything wouldn’t have to be locked up in order for the store to stay in business. Let’s not have more stores shut down, vote for city leaders that are pro safety and cleanliness.

Cutest little Target I’ve ever been to…friendly and helpful staff, nice food department…it was probably a small grocery store back in the day…but they have pretty much everything you would ever need…the residents in the area are lucky to have it in their neighborhood…I’ll definitely stop by again…

Everything I need is locked behind cases. Understaffed so it takes forever to get someone to unlock the case. I’m giving it a second star because Rite Aid manages to be worse.
