Went to get a certain item and this ultra small store...we'll I wouldn't really call it a Target. More like a mini mart

If you want free stuff and don't wanna pay, this is the store for you! There were two people at self checkout that did not pay. Employees and theft protection did not say a word and let them take what they wanted. Enjoy y'all.
