An amazing experience! Not only was it a high-energy spin class led by a skilled and motivating instructor, but the setting was absolutely breathtaking — right on the beach. Riding while watching seals in the surf made it unforgettable. A fantastic workout and a memory I’ll never forget :)

I love getting out on the beach cycling first thing in the morning. Jared is an awesome instructor. The classes are hard! Lots of intervals. Really helps me stay fit and feel great
