“The cutest toy store!!! I come in here often because I work nearby and always find something for a birthday or Christmas. The way they curate for the seasons and have the latest and greatest toys highly recommend. Also have small selection of clothes in the back. Staff is helpful and gift wrapping is available. Things bought here are better than amazon!”
“My wife and I love shopping at all of Brooke's stores. We can always find gifts for baby showers, birthdays and other occasions. Her card selection is wonderful and we often end up buying things for our own home. Brooke is really friendly and her staff is always helpful. We love being able to support such a solid local business.”
“Absolutely gorgeous store with a great selection. Perfect for gifts! The woman working there was incredibly nice and informative about items in the shop. Will definitely be back!”
“Excellent old school toy store in the Brentwood Mart. Great spot of pick up presents for children’s birthdays. Very helpful staff. A little pricey - but well worth the convenience.”
“Sam and the team were super efficient from start to finish, when we needed assistance with clients requiring car seats while visiting California from overseas. She even met them at their hotel to ensure everything was fitted correctly. Cannot speak highly enough of Sam and Cara Bambino.”
“Puzzle Zoo is our go-to toy store and we’re there almost every week. We find everything from small figurines to larger brain teasers, and it’s easily the best toy store in Santa Monica, which is why we keep coming back.
The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely helpful. It’s exactly the kind of local toy store you hope to have in your neighborhood, the kind your kid will remember growing up. “Let’s go to Puzzle Zoo!” is the phrase we hear from him all too often.”

“I'm on the East Coast and this store was the only place I could find a specific set of blocks I wanted for my baby. So glad I took the chance on ordering from them!
Before I even placed my order, they were responsive and helpful over email. My order shipped out quickly, and when it arrived I noticed a few blocks were missing from the set. I reached out, and without any hassle they sent out replacements right away.
They clearly take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, no matter the distance. Highly recommend supporting this shop!”
