All the regulars who work here are so chill and nice. I never dread going to this UPS knowing the workers are patient and make for a fast and easy experience. They also are really lovely to my dog who I always have with me <3

Had a mix up at this location with a package that accidentally went out and I caught it an hour after drop off but right when the truck came and picked it up already. Worked it out with corporate to turn it right around and got the refund sent back to this store. A Thank you to the owner of this Franchise Mike for being helping me with this and being integral with the process. You can tell Mike runs a tight ship here and employs top notch people. There crew was solid and all were on point. Very sharp team. A special shout out to Supervisor Robert for all his work to help get this issue resolved. Thank you

Customer service. I’ve had a mail box since 2013. The workers have always gave great service. Given me tape for my package at the post box next door because they knew my face. Michael remembers my name and even my mail box. Very impressive. Everyone is always polite. Exactly the kind of people I’d want working for me.

Justin was super nice and helpful. I had taped up my Amazon return but forgot to put the extra barcode inside the box. Justin cut it open just the right amount so I could slip the paper inside. He taped it up again and didn’t charge me. I came in with other returns as well and he had a great attitude. I also had a couple of scraps of paper to throw away and he was happy to take them for me.

Horrible and rude service. Went in with a box that wasn’t completely taped. When I asked if this was ok he said no it has to be completely taped. He didn’t even offer to help tape it and was just rude. I went directly to another UPS store (on Lincoln). They were super helpful.

I like this store. They keep it real and have every right to charge for taping ANY return. The instructions on the QR codes say 'Customer Packed', or generate actual labls, which means it is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to package AND tape it BEFORE they bring it to a UPS store. If the customer needs tape or packaging, then they have to BUY it. It's not that hard to figure out...nothing in life is every truly free. I think all the bad reviews on here are because people are not smart enough or just too lazy to read QR codes or labels properly or are just too entitled to care. If stores like these do ANYTHING for free, it is AS A COURTESY, and entitled people are WRONG for taking advantage of that courtesy. Keep up the realness UPS!!

I went to return an Amazon package and needed just a small piece of tape for the box. The employee at the counter charged me $2.21 just to add a piece of tape! Absolutely unbelievable. I do not recommend this place. If you plan to ship anything here, make sure your package is completely ready to go, as they seem to charge for everything. Charging just to tape a box is ridiculous. I’ve never been charged for this at any other UPS store—this was a first.

I don’t recommend this place. Make sure any items that you are shipping. Have it ready for shipment because they charge for everything they charge me to tape my box that is pretty bad. I have never been charged for anything at a UPS store. This is the first time. it was a return back to Amazon? lot of items from Amazon you do not even have to put it in the box. They have to do it with no charge, but I got charge.

Have to share my outstanding experience shipping a huge package to Quebec Canada this past week.
Mike at store 0513 Santa Monica is a Rock Star!!! He went out of his way to be kind, beyond helpful and generous with explaining all the best options for shipping a huge gift box for a very close friend.
Highly highly recommend this location, Mike and his entire team. I’m not going anywhere else but here now to ship anything of importance.
