I had a wonderful experience at the Wilshire branch a couple of days ago. Our executive was truly attentive, and we were able to open the account quickly and very easily.

Exorbitant wait times for the tellers. Dingy and depressing. In the age of online banking, I can't imagine how they can keep their branch this unpleasant. They should either upgrade it or close it.

I have found the staff here to be both friendly and helpful, so I give them five stars. US Bank as a whole, 2 stars.
