The passport man for appointments is a full blown bully. Beware he makes things harder than it needs to be and will refuse service due to personal preference which is illegal.

I’d give fewer stars if it was possible. I have to go to this post office frequently to ship out packages. There is one woman who works here who is ASTOUNDINGLY rude. I cannot even believe it. I never have personally been the target of her, I’ll say it, near-verbally abusive rhetoric but I’ve witnessed her do it countless times. I just walked out and she was harassing a homeless man who was genuinely just there to pick up a package. He did NOTHING wrong. I can imagine this is a hard job, and I’m sure there are very real scenarios where this worker has to protect herself but this was OUT OF HAND. I’ve seen her do this to all sorts of clients. Last week, I saw this happen on two separate occasions – I saw a “well put together” mom leave in tears because of this postal worker and then I watched her talk down to another college-aged student that left in utter frustration. I can only assume that this location is SO understaffed that they would allow this woman to keep working. It is out of hand and so uncalled for. She also is extremely rude to her coworkers. They also shrink around her. Bad vibes all around. I wish I knew who I could call about her but unfortunately I don’t think there’s much to be done. I’d avoid this location if possible.

People working here (specifically the people processing packages) have so much attitude. They definitely don’t tell you all your options they want to send you back into their line- they don’t tell you to use their automated system or anything useful.This location has one automated station- and no package drops they take it behind the counter - problem is service is so careless and understaffed that you can stand there for 30 mins and no one will say I’ll take that from you.Do yourself a favor and skip the attitude and power trip…go somewhere else

Horrific customer service experience ever! Black girl with braces has no manners on how to talk to or treat customers. I went to ask a simple question as to how much an international delivery of 2 papers will cost. She kept saying she will need to go through process to tell me that. As she does not the weight of 2 peices of A4 paper☺️! Are you kidding me lol! Seems like she has no desire to help people and is miserable at her job. On top of that she just asked the next person to come while I was still talking to her about understanding different delivery options! She kept on making wierd grumpy faces while answering my questions! I request the manager of this post office to employ competent people who are happy to do their job!

Excellent service from Danielle today. Positive attitude. I had 12 packages. She was great.There were three other windows open for service, too.

I have had the unfortunate luck of having this post office service my address. I can only echo the MISSING MAIL sentiments and frustrations. There is no hope and no help. We need to get the Gov on this post office and fix it. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I only gave 1 star because I can't give any less. Almost every time a package is sent to me or by me via USPS the package is lost or delayed and no one I speak to can ever give me information telling what happened. I am expective a package now that was shipped two weeks ago and tracking shows it's been scanned at 10 difference facilities in 2 difference states and is now sitting at a facility on the other side of the state. I opened a ticket to have the status researched only to have it closed on the same day with no follow up. I called the customer services line and the rep couldn't tell me anything more than what was on the website and blamed the addressing on the package though the original shipping info is all correct. I wouldn't be so upset if this was a one off, but this is the third time this year my packages have been mishandled and I've only used USPS 3 times.

Horrible customer service and treatment. Incompetent staff, are unfriendly and unprofessional. Manager Janet could have assisted, instead, she avoided engaging because her lunch was in 40 minutes. We had a quick passport issue that could’ve been resolved in the moment, instead we had to book a 2nd appointment to come back.The woman helping us had told a family with a baby on a Friday to come back on Monday before 1p (they arrived at 12:35p). She turned them away a 2nd time in front of us, citing she was going to lunch soon and didn’t want to help.Absolute horrid customer service. Management should be ashamed.

HORRIFIC experience. Black girl who runs the dock is completely incompetent, signing packages without proper names so no one knows who signed for what and doesn’t care when they can’t find them.Lying about USPS processes that are literally written out on the website and making up her own lies and fake processes while speaking poorly to customers for actually doing what the website says to do.Then a random postal worker, another black woman with a bad fake ponytail has the nerve to curse about me as I’m leaving and I turn around and say it right back to her. No one is even talking to her yet she’s sitting on her behind not working, staring at everyone else work, then cursing at customers that weren’t even talking to her. No one cursed but the POSTAL WORKER. Absolutely insaneHad to wait 45 minutes to pick up a package because no one signed for it properly and no one knew where it was and people are taking “lunch” 45 minutes before closing.The older Mexican worker had an attitude and didn’t want to help at all and she wasn’t even doing anything.Absolutely INSANE and incompetent and should not be handling federal mail.Both women should be fired immediately for lack of care with federal property and cursing at customers they aren’t even engaging in.Like literally what the hell

After waiting in line for 35 min, the female worker refused to sell me stamps for express mail. The explanation was given that it will take her too much time to sell 28 stamps. She then asked the people standing in line behind me if they were willing to wait for her to get me 28 stamps. No one said anything against her selling me stamps but she insisted it will take her too much time and asked me to step aside. She then called for the next customer and told me to go to the end of the line again and see if she has time to sell me any stamps later. I asked to talk to the manager and she refused to call the manager. She wasn’t wearing a badge with a name therefore I took a photograph of her. I believe I was discriminated against because I speak with a Russian accent.

I'd characterize this post office and employer (specifically man sitting at far left, should have gotten his name), as lazy, rude, unhelpful, and useless. All the awful reviews are true, I'm glad this isn't my usual post office I was just in the area. Hope my package actually goes through.

Never go to this location. I waited on line for 15 minutes and no one helped me because they were all helping passport customers. I came back later and same thing. Finally I got up to the counter and they said they had no tape and my QR codes didn't work. I drove over to 12th and wilshire where I waited on line for 2 minutes, got free tape, and they scanned and mailed my packages in all of 30 seconds.
