I feel like I'm on a prank show every time I try to get anything from the pharmacy. It's THAT bad.

Rite Aid left me a msg that meds were ready. Which ones??? When I called back, the connection is almost zero! CRACKLE! Also was told a med was not in stock! Which ones?? Either the calls are incomplete or inaudible. Please, God, rebuild Vons pharmacy FAST!

i wish i could give zero stars, horrible customer service. a costumer violently threatened me because i asked to use the bathroom and Jonathan the assistant manager went to help the irate costumer and never attempted to diffuse the situation. horrible time. good job no Jonathan.
