It has gotten particularly bad since Boost upgraded and is still in the process of migrating customers. Anyhow, when I called nobody picked up right away. It's Friday evening rush hour, apparently they were busy,however, I got a call back from the owner,Luis, a few minutes later, which was unexpected. I purchased my phone online and have never set foot in his store, yet Luis was still helpful in answering the questions that "they" were unable to resolve when I called customer service.Each of these stores are independently run, it's competitive out there, and Luis did a great job resolving my issue professionally, well-informed of the current changes in the company, and with kindness and patience, which in turn reflects well on him as a business owner and Boost Mobile.
