“Christa has always been professional, polite and helpful when calling and provides us with informative, factual response to resolve all payment issues and technical referrals. She is an asset to the firm. Jonathan the technician came to our house on time and resolved the technical issue in less than 5 minutes finding the Internet Cord required to be replaced. Answered all technical questions we had and did it with a genuine smile and was polite and courteous to my wife at all times and even took his shoes off when entering are condo unit before even being asked to do so as he saw the obvious shoes on the floor in front of him. We are thankful we did not have to replace the router or modem just yet and were explained that in the future they will only be rented to us on a monthly basis and not offered for purchase.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Mitec upgrading and organizing our dental office computer network. Mitec helped network our front office billing area, x-ray room, and all three operatories, creating a seamless integration between all of our computers and systems. Anthony personally came to our office, thoroughly evaluated our needs, and provided a clear plan with multiple pricing options, including separating “nice-to-have” hardware from highly recommended items, which made budgeting much easier. Randy did an excellent job with the installation, keeping everything neat, organized, and leaving the office spotless afterward. It’s easy to see why Mitec has so many great reviews, their team truly takes the time to understand their customers and ensures everything is completed professionally, correctly, and on time. Two thumbs up and a huge thank you to Anthony, Randy, and the entire Mitec staff for a fantastic experience!”

“Ernesto was very helpful and professional. He helped me customize my plan for my needs, assisted with selecting the right phone, and he even discovered and eliminated unnecessary extra charges that i mistakenly had on my account! The store itself was very modern, clean, and easily accessible. Poliite, courteous, helpful, and fun, I would like to highly recommend Ernesto and this Boost location for your future in-store phone needs.”

“I had originally went to esplanade location for help dealing with my phone. What should've been an easy fix ended up taking 2 days to resolve. And Evelyn from this location (Ventura mall) was the one to help me. She had great customer service and was very efficient. Went above and beyond! Felt lucky to have taken the chance to stop by here. Go in and ask for her. She should get a raise ?”
