“Appreciate it Art! I was referred by a close friend a while back and have been using Black on Black every since. Most recently, my personal vehicle wasn’t shifting and had seemed to have locked up, but Matt stopped by and checked it out and tightened one screw and in 5 mins, I was good to go. Not even a tow needed. Matt was super helpful and polite, going out of his way to make sure there wasn’t something simple that was off, going above and beyond. Great customer service. Thanks for saving me quite a few bucks! lol”
“Didn’t have to wait too long although the office was a bit tricky to find off you’re from out of town. FYI it’s in the gas station (roll up door) Everyone was nice from the guy that answered the phone, the driver and the other driver we had to meet up with to get the car. Overall they’re a great bunch of guys. Sorry I can’t remember names. Price was reasonable considering how expensive towing is.”
