“These guys are awesome! Someone had broken into my van at the beach and taken my wallet, key fob, & phone. A friend called AAA for me and Platinum answered the call. Because my van automatically engages the parking brake when put into park and that we couldn't turn the van on, all 4 wheels were locked. Todd is impressively knowledgeable about how to get vehicles out of strange situations safely. He was able to turn the car around in the dirt and safely get it up onto his truck, and then took me the 40ish miles back to my home. He even advised me to take it to the dealer rather than home because the dealer would likely have to reprogram my computer to set up a new key (the only key had been stolen). Todd was very pleasant to ride with and gave me some genuinely useful tips for driving safely and protecting my vehicles. I would absolutely call these guys again!Services: Special vehicle towing”

“This review is not for the smog check services but for the actual gas station itself. I decided to leave a review after I found out that I looked forward to getting gas from this Arco Gas Station. Here's why I love this gas station: - brand new gas pumps - usually best prices on the street for gas (.35 cent debit card fee) but still worth it - always playing old school Frank Sinatra tunes, which makes the whole experience super relaxing to me. - no super loud and distracting TV monitors - they don't try and sell you a car wash. Keep in mind that the station is cash or debit card, they do not accept credit cards. It can get busy so that usually makes a trip to the gas station frustrating when all 8 pumps are being used, so I go at night to listen to some music and put gas in my car peacefully!”
