Felt unsafe leaving with products at night. And the person who sold me products on the phone was not clear about picking them up so i waited a long time and folks seemed confused when it came to being able to help.

Bobby was my first interaction upon entering Apple of Santa Rosa, very friendly and attentive. He set me up with another associate Hanna who was phenomenal. Very energetic, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. She answered all of my questions and I left 100% satisfied. Thank you Apple and your amazing team in Santa Rosa.Go Coast Guard

Manager Tamika gave horrible customer to me. As a manager she told me my computer could not be traded in with no reason. I would have never bought a new one without credit. Was in tears when I left. I pay a monthly apple ins. of apple care. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING MONTHLY IF IT DOES NOT HELP! Update: went to the Apple Store in sf. Union sq. She flat out lied. She told me it would cost 458 to fix my computer. With apple care o would yield only 20. But sf told me otherwise: I would only pay 99 and this my refund would be 391. Shame on this woman. It's not her money.

Rude staff. Completely ignored me for 15 minutes despite having an appointment at the "Genius Bar". But staff is racing around or interacting with other customers so I can't even get a "hello can I help you". Finally got a female employee to acknowledge me and then she blamed me for the wait cause I didn't "check in" when I arrived. My appointment reminder made no mention of checking in upon arrival. It's not a doctor's office lol.

Where do I start?!!! I need a simple iPhone 10 XR battery replacement. So I called this store to find out if they had one in stock. But they don't answer the phone. They have their phones forwarded, to Apple Support! So I called Apple Support to call the store to find out if they have the battery I need before I make an hour long round-trip drive there with Gas at $5.50 a gallon in california. But this store would not even tell Apple Support if they had a battery for my phone. Apple Support told me this stor informed them I would have to drive there (again an hour long round trip) to find out if they have a battery for my phone and if they don't, then at that point they can order one for me?! Really?!!!What is WRONG with you Apple?!

I installed the new update on my 7+ iPhone right after the instalment was done my phone had no service. I had to take a train down to the store for them to run a diagnostic on it. I signed up as a walk-in I was told I was an hour and a half I went to have lunch I came back early my appointment was cancelled. I signed up for a new walk in appointment took two hours in order for a technician to see what was wrong with my phone. Once they ran the diagnostic they told me that my phone was not fixable that I'd had to buy a new phone. My phone was working perfect prior to the installation the only thing that's not working currently..I cannot receive text message or make phone calls. I can work the phone using Wi-Fi to access my apps. and text message other iPhones. I asked to speak to a manager and all she told me was that it's not the update that caused my phone not to work after the installation. I argued with her for about 15 minutes and she told me that we can agree to not agree. You lost a Customer

Title: A Disastrous Encounter with Apple in Santa Rosa, CaliforniaAs a devoted Apple customer since 1994, my recent visit to the Apple store in Santa Rosa, California, has left me utterly disillusioned. Excitement for purchasing the latest MacBook Air quickly turned into a nightmare due to glaring shortcomings in both sales and technical support.Upon entering the store, I approached the sales team with enthusiasm, eager to learn more about the new MacBook Air's features. However, I was dismayed to find that the salespeople lacked the knowledge and understanding necessary to provide informative assistance. Their responses were vague and uninformed, a stark contrast to the expertise and passion I once associated with Apple's sales staff. In addition to my MacBook Air purchase, I entrusted the technicians with my old laptop for minor repairs. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine procedure turned into a devastating outcome. The technician mishandled the repair, causing significant damage to my laptop. The distressing realization that a simple repair request had escalated into a catastrophic incident added to my disappointment and frustration.Throughout the ordeal, I sought a swift resolution to rectify the damage caused, but my attempts to seek redress fell on deaf ears. The customer service I encountered in Santa Rosa was nothing short of lackluster, as my concerns were met with apathy and indifference. The inconsistencies in information provided by different representatives only exacerbated the situation. Apple, a company that once prided itself on top-notch customer support, now seemed to have forsaken its commitment to resolving issues with care and efficiency.I even demanded to speak with a manager to resolve my situation, but to my dismay, the poor lady I encountered was even more unresponsive and unhelpful than the salespeople. As an Apple loyalist for nearly three decades, I had always expected a seamless and positive experience when dealing with the company. Regrettably, the deficiencies in both sales and technical support during my visit, coupled with the heart-wrenching damage to my cherished laptop, have severely eroded my trust in Apple's ability to uphold its reputation for excellence. In conclusion, my recent encounter with Apple in Santa Rosa, California, has been nothing short of disastrous. The lack of knowledge and understanding displayed by the salespeople, coupled with the negligent handling of my laptop by the technician, and the unresponsive customer service have left me questioning whether Apple's commitment to customer satisfaction has significantly waned over the years. As a long-time customer, it pains me to consider seeking alternatives, but I can no longer ignore the glaring issues I faced during this visit.

came in the other day with friend who had a very old iPhone asked if we could charge it up and they found a charger and ended up charging it for us, we were on a time crunch so I ended up purchasing a charger for her , one employee was amazed that our cat was on a leash and behaving well, along with the small dog we had. Haha!

Ok this I have been wanting to introduce and only now dawned on me...suggestive service (editable). Big day for Apple on the QuantumDev side, or should I say recovery. Swinging from a -7 to a +9 in one day is massive! I cannot currently afford an Apple seed much less tablet...Though I have purchased many w insurance I could not afford deductibles so I wearily begrudgingly trodded on, even after private fax to T.Cook which preceded vanishing brand new tablet. Unrelated probably, though he did receive a portal invite. APPLE TOO EXPENSIVE for artists. Sales is a Service. That is all great job today see X for notes @mrbeast I'm @xg_host Apple still Hard to beat any day on course, of course-J

there were several things that got my attention when i visited the apple store. first of all security was fantastic. Upon arriving you will be approached by one of the staff . you will be asked about your problem and then you will be given an appointment to see the specialist. The service was outstanding and the staff were trained well. To my point of view, this is one of the best apple stores around. Congrats management. Shop there!

This is the worst Apple store I have been in. Customer Service is non-existent. I have several apple products, Mac Pro, MacBook, iPhone, airpods, and watch. This store makes me want to return them all and go to other products. They are rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, there are very few who are pleasant. Yesterday I encountered one person in the store who was nice and smiling. I bought a new watch and a travel charging pad.Someone needs to do something with this store.

Very poor customer care. I lost my AirPod case and came here for a replacement. I was told by 2 people I should be able to track my Gen 1 pros case and it was odd I could not. I bought a new case for $100 after being told I should I able to track the new case. This was a lie. After using it and doing research. The generation 1 pros never had a tracking support in its cases. I never would have paid for a replacement if I knew this. I would have just gotten the newer gen which can track the case. I don’t understand why multiple people lied to me about something I would eventually find out about. Overall scam vibes all around. Go to Best Buy. When I had issues before they gave me new pods free of charge. Better then this

I guess I'm just adding to the bad reviews on here. I work in hospitality I understand the stress of working with difficult people which is why I'm super nice even crack jokes & never blame the person for my fuck up.I scheduled an appointment last week with a super nice guy he helped me set it up so fix my broken Apple Watch. I explained to him that I had apple care and didn't mind leaving it if necessary.I show up to my appointment 10 minutes early waited patiently asked for help to know where to go even though there were about 5 apple workers talking to each other & not helping customers. I sat at the Genius Bar waited a bit and than a guy came over and asked me what he could help me with. I guess part of my frustration is that the whole time I was under the impression that I had apple care not realizing I had the limited kind and it wasn't going to cover my full repair or replacement which meant I was going to spend basically the same $$$ to fix my watch equal to what a new one would cost me. I told the worker I was frustrated with myself because I had come a couple months before and added apple care after I spent $200 somewhere else to fix my screen. He told me I shouldn't have done that and just added apple care to my broken watch. I told him I'm not the type to be dishonest and do that. He just rudely said we'll " should've wouldn't could've , I can add you to the shopping cart list and you can decide if you want to fix it or buy a new one. I told him I guess I can recycle my watch he said he could send someone over and than walked away and starting attending another customer. I just sat there like an idiot for 10 minutes, nobody came so I grabbed my broken Apple Watch and left. I'm so disappointed I feel so dumb to think I was under the impression from previous help from an associate that I was paying for apple care on my watch to be able to spend less on easy fixes. I'm not blaming the associate for my misunderstanding I'm just upset he was so rude and unhelpful. I'm really not the type to do this but this really sucked. I've come here previously and had great service before just really disappointed in today's experience. -Mabel

Would absolutely give this store ZERO stars if I could because they don’t deserve any. Had an appointment and waiting 45min after my appointment just to get some help. As well as no one even being kind enough to provide any help and try telling me that my phone was not downloading the pictures at times because that’s just how it was. What kind of help is this!? No I paid for warranty at least have the decency to open my phone and run a diagnostic not refuse me one. While I was waiting I also saw several workers just on their phone not asking anyone else in the store if they had any questions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please Apple do yourself a favor and close this store down the workers clearly don’t care and are just getting a paycheck to do NOTHING.
