came in the other day with friend who had a very old iPhone asked if we could charge it up and they found a charger and ended up charging it for us, we were on a time crunch so I ended up purchasing a charger for her , one employee was amazed that our cat was on a leash and behaving well, along with the small dog we had.... read full comment

Was helped by Julia and Ron/Rob. Terrible service, rude and unethical. I had received a defective iPhone and had come to exchange it. They accused us of damaging it and refused to replace it. They then forced us to leave the store. What a joke.
