I was not greeted as most stores do! I waited. I sat ... finally after listening to LOUD laughter and birthday stories and school activities coming from the table talk vs phone conversation.... I'm thinking what the heck!!! So, I approached & ask I'm here for a phone.... am I in the wrong place? They all 4 looked at me like how rude. Was I speaking Greek?? We are waiting for a download n just chilling!!!
Right- well I called about half hour ago oooo right. Have a seat it will be just a little bit and someone will be able to see you!! 20 more minutes and finally called my name!!
I would have left. However,
The ATT operator helping me said this was the only store in the area that had the phone
Last thing. That table continued to be so LOUD we had to move bc we couldn't hear our person. And it was still difficult. Terrrrrrible rude!!!!
After re reading I failed to put I sat & said nothing for 40 minutes!!! Until I just couldn't take it anymore ?♀️

Great customer experience at this store with help from Brad. Brad was professional, thorough, and patient. Even though there was other people waiting in the store after I came in, Brad didn't rush with me because of it and gave me his full attention until we were done taking care of everything I came in for. I really appreciate that kind of good customer service.

The employee literally said he wouldn’t help me and told me to go home and look up my account online. This is the second time going to this store and both times calling ATT customer service was the better option. ATT is wasting its money by keeping this store open and paying the employees’ wages.

Brad and Juan are both the best experience I’ve ever had with Att in years. Being a contractor and the frustration I’ve had dealing with corporate run stores here in Santa Rosa, from wait time to lack of customer service is night and day compared to the experience dealing with them.
They were able to, not only fix my issue with upgrading the info from my old phone to my new one, but were professional and helpful, and shared information with me about internet service without being locked in for 2 years.
I’m glad I found this location and was impressed with the quality of service they provided and will be recommending to my many colleagues, contractors and clients in the near future to them at this location.

I can not thank Mr Serrano enough for taking the time to help me!The day before I was at the AT&T store in Windsor 6500 Hembree Ln, Windsor desperately looking for help. The unkind man who would not help me just kept telling me “I can sell you a phone” and when I asked to use his phone to call AT&T he said no. He also said nothing could be done to get my AT&T account back. I don’t know if he was intentionally lying or lacked the knowledge of how to do it.I had switched from AT&T to T Mobile because reception had dissipated to the point that I was not getting calls. I brought my perfectly good working cell phone over to T-Mobile because they verified it would work. It didn’t end up working. :-( This is the only phone in my home. I am currently caring for my mom on hospice and it is crucial to have a working phone. I was desperate to get the working phone.I arrived at the Stony Point AT&T retail store braced for another bad experience but I received the exact opposite. Mr Serrano said no problem I can help you. It’s called a “Win Back”. He spent the next 2 hours jumping through AT&T and T-Mobile hoops to have my old account reinstated and working. There are privately owned retail stores and there are corporate stores. Usually if you are having technical difficulties the retail stores are not knowledgeable and don’t really want to help because all they want to do is make money by selling you a phone. Mr Serrano and the Stony Point AT&T store are not like that. The next time I need a new phone I will go to them. They earned my business with their generosity, experience and knowledge.Mr Serrano is my hero. Life is so hard for me right now caring for my dying mom. Kindness goes far in keeping me going and my chin up.
