It would be nice if they had more Staffing available but the staff that they do have is very helpful and it certainly meet your needs when you are in a fix

I had the worst customer experience today. An Employee was rude and he somehow disappeared $20 I had of rewards. This was the auto zone in Sebastopol rd in Santa Rosa,CA

HA what a joke no help at all I needed to order a part the woman at the register acted as if I was bothering her. I never did end up ordering the piece. I decided to ask about another thing I needed for my car nope not much of a response. I just walked out the workers are absolutely nutty just joking around in the back.
