“My husband was an autobody repair tech for over 15 years so he is very particular about where our vehicles go for repair. Quality is the most important thing we look for in a shop which is the reason we went to Cline. We know the quality of the work will be the best available in Sonoma County. The employees are well experienced and know what they're doing. My car had to have a new bumper after I was rear ended. I received three estimates even though I knew I would end up at Cline, but it's important to note that all 3 estimates came in within 10% of each other. Dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready by Thursday. Cline helped arrange the rental car as well. My car looks absolutely perfect now. They even washed and cleaned it for me. Even my super critical husband could not find any flaws in the work completed. We are so happy with the decision to go to Cline. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with auto body repairs from small to large jobs.”

“Fantastic repair shop. I've taken my 2011 Volvo in to them for various things, have always received fast, efficient, reasonably priced, no-nonsense service. Recently, the Santa Rosa Volvo dealership told me that I needed new catalytic converters to the tune of $5400; took it to Morgan's, they diagnosed a faulty leak detection pump, replaced it for less than $500, car is running like a top, check engine light gone! Love these guys...”

So I called my neighborhood Carquest and was told to stop by, and they would help me pick out a new set of blades that would fit my budget while at the same time be of good quality. Not only that, they offered to install them at no additional price. The associate was friendly and the spirit of Christmas was in the air.”

“I can still remember the very first day I ventured into this business looking for a battery because I had enough with the “other guys” and their poor service. If you’re sick of feeling like “just another number” you gotta give these guys a shot. Ever since that day, years ago, I’ve been an extremely loyal battery systems customer. I’ve been hooked on the consistent level of great service, quality products and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Mathias has helped me multiple times. I’ve dealt with other guys here as well but unfortunately I don’t remember their names, they also deserve recognition for being knowledgeable and very considerate. I’ve even sent my mom here who called me immediately raving about their level of service.Recently we had a dead battery instance due to leaving the radio on with the engine off. It’s really not fun in 2023, trying to find someone (a complete stranger) who is willing to help you jump your vehicle let alone look at you when you try to talk to them (these days especially) is a challenge. Sure we got AAA but the response time was over an hour and we had dinner plans. Eventually we figured it out and made the dinner but I knew it was time for a new battery. Sure we know AAA will come to our home and swap out our battery for convenience sake, but no. There wasn’t ever a question who I’m getting the battery from. I called ahead to make sure the battery for our year and model was in stock and sent the wife up. “Everything was smooth from the start! Mr. Wayne, the manager, was there since day 1 when I decided to bring my car for estimate. He inspected my car, took pictures and even call for parts while I was still there at the office. Communication with Wayne was excellent. I brought my car in at my convenience (on the day I'm off from work) and everything went smoothly. I picked up the car the following week and they did an excellent job with my door replacement. Wayne even got my pre-existing damage (dents and scratches under the door) fixed with no charge! That is definitely going above and beyond for customer service!! I really appreciate what they did. “A friend has a 16-yaer old Toyota SUV in excellent mechanical condition that performs very well. Unfortunately, it recently suffered three separate mishaps that resulted in obvious body damage to both sides, the rear bumper and rear door. Not wanting to spend twice the value of the vehicle to repair it, as was quoted by several local body shops, my friend asked for a recommendation for a facility that would 'work' within her cost parameters. Lazzini's Auto Body performed work for me on two previous occasions when my vehicle was damaged in a couple of hit-an-run incidents. I was very pleased with the repair work they did, so it was an easy ask.Ricky remembered me from the previous experiences. When I explained the situation, he was able to suggest an affordable restorative repair approach that fell within my friend's budget. He also explained that, should an insurance settlement have been in play, there were alternate approaches possible at a much higher cost, but that it wasn't practical or necessary given that there was no frame damage. Ricky's recommendation was exactly what we were seeking. My friend also wanted the hood repainted due to peeling paint and Ricky was able to offer a great price to do that at the same time as the other work. It was agreed that we would leave the vehicle for a week, since some new parts were required that would have to be ordered. Given my past experience, I had no concern about the time required, knowing that Ricky's judgement was good.In the final phase, delivery of an ordered part was delayed, requiring an additional day to complete the job, which was fine. It wasn't Lizzini's fault. When we arrived the next day we discovered that, in addition to the agreed upon work, Ricky also had the technician repaint the roof and do some additional body painting and blending to improve the overall appearance.The rear door spare tire enclosure was repainted and the entire body was polished the entire body - even polished the headlight lenses. The vehicle had been completely washed and the interior was cleaned. In short, it gleamed. My friend's vehicle looked almost showroom new. The extra work was performed at no additional charge beyond what was originally agreed. To say the least, my friend was over the moon ecstatic. She said that, when she drove away from Lazzini's Auto Body, she felt like she did when she drove the then-new vehicle off the Toyota dealer's lot 16 years.I can highly recommend Lazzini's Auto Body and Ricky Rodriguez, its manager. Theirs is the kind of exemplary service you'd expect from a long-time, local Santa Rosa business owned and managed by your neighbors. Although they work out of a modest facility, don't let that deter you. Their work is top drawer and they pass along the savings afforded by their lower overhead to their customers. You'll find Lizzini's demeanor to always be friendly and helpful. You'll be treated like family and their work will be above and beyond what was agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to return should I ever have the need for additional auto body work, and I heartily recommend them to you. You're gonna like the results you get and how you're treated!”

“I am a low income senior and the co owner (I think his name is Edwardo) as well as Alejandra treated me with respect and consideration for the financial burden of fixing my 20 year old car. I asked them to quote a certain low price and they did that, and ended up only charging an extra $200 to replace the AC system, which I didn't realize was broken. I know that other places told me that the car was not worth fixing, or condescended to me because my am older, but not this place!”
