About Banfield Pet Hospital
Banfield Pet Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic dedicated to the long-term health and wellness of pets. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring, making efforts to treat animals gently and patiently, even those that are shy or nervous. Veterinarians take the time to explain procedures clearly, helping pet owners feel comfortable and informed. The hospital offers a variety of services, including physical exams, lab work, dental cleanings, X-rays, and surgeries, with many locations open seven days a week for added convenience. They also provide preventive care through programs like the Optimum Wellness Plan®, which helps ensure ongoing health at every stage of a pet’s life. Pet owners appreciate the thoroughness of care and the personalized attention their pets receive, often praising the staff for being attentive and responsive to any concerns. However, some find the prices to be high, especially for services like nail clipping or recommended medications and food. Despite this, many owners feel confident leaving their pets in good hands, valuing the location's quality facilities and the veterinarians’ willingness to answer questions face-to-face. Overall, Banfield Pet Hospital is recognized for its excellent service, friendly staff, and commitment to pet health, though some note that costs can be a concern for ongoing care.
