“We just had our kitchen completely redone and chose a beautiful quartzite stone for our counter top and back splash. Can't sing the praises of this company enough from Denise, to Lucy, to the awesome install team of Carlos and Angel (on site all day long!) and the measuring and cutting departments with Ayden, Tom and more. Especially appreciate the two stone cutters (sorry, can't remember their names) who came to help finish the job on Friday. We had a birthday party planned for Saturday and they made this job completion happen! These are some of the most conscientious, hardest working people we have ever encountered! They definitely take pride in their work! North Coast Tile & Stone is AWESOME!! Regards, Karen and Kevin”

“These guys are great. I was torn between buying all my lumber at Home Depot or buying it at Golden State. Golden State had a lot more of the unusual stuff in stock, and Mark was extremely patient with me, which I really appreciate. Prices were comparable to Home Depot and he said they have better lumber, so I went with them. A wonderful guy name Davy in the yard spent an hour and a half with me while I meticulously picked out about a hundred straight and mold-free pieces. Im super happy with the lumber and I’m happy and grateful for their expert, patient help. When was the last time you could say that about Home Depot?”

“I live in a rural town far from Santa Rosa, CA. I wanted a certain Dawn shower set for my new bathroom but was running into several obstacles. Tyler's can-do spirit made it happen! I was also impressed with Tyler's friendly manner and how promptly he responded to phone calls and emails. Superb customer service from start to finish!”

“They were so helpful! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they Went out of their way to find a part that wasn't even in their store and told me where I can find it! The two people I believe were Brian and Lani. Shout out to them for being so welcoming and sweet!”

“What a stellar experience, A-Z. Working on a DIY walking path project, a task that I had no experience with, for a wonderful non-profit organization (a Buddhist Monastic community in Sonoma County who walk bare foot around the grounds, and so, we needed to take extra great care in creating a level, smooth, safe walking path”

“I have had a unexpected challenges in completing a front porch project due to incorrect product, insufficient product, and lack of response from my original provider. I went into Home Depot and was immediately helped by an employee to locate my options in the store. He then introduced me to Tammy Stephens, one of the Pros. She walked me through design options and gave me her card to have my contractor send her the measurements. It could not have been an easier or more enjoyable process, especially after having this project drag out over a month. I would highly recommend this store and working with its Pros. They operate with integrity, communicate clearly, and deliver on what they commit to doing. THANK YOU!!!!”
