“Came into the store to have a copy of my car key made because the original was really worn out and I was having issues starting the car. The staff was exceptional and super helpful. They definitely turned what was a really stressful and crappy day into one of relief and calm. Thank you. Great customer service!”
“This is a comprehensive store. Did some shopping on their Black Friday discounts, although it was already the Thursday following the Black Friday, go figger.
This little tight-ish box was down to three bucks. Got it home and began to try and soak that ugly Bunker Hill sticker off. Jeezum, what an ordeal ! Crazy manufacturers use a snoot full of glue on that abomination. The paper came off, but the glue was astoundingly pesky. Water soluble, but slow as Christmas in North Korea to clean off... you can still see some goo in the picture.”
“My favorite local shop with a very helpful and friendly staff. The staff actually goes out of their way to be helpful and engage the customer. I come here often for all my home repair and improvement projects.”
“I have a 2.5 acre property with 1.5 acres planted in grapes and the rest is lawns and gardens. With this comes a tractor and other equipment. Something is always in need of repair, parts, fertilizer, flowers, paint, tools - you get the idea. I am so grateful for a local Ace Hardware within 2 miles. I make 3-4 trips a month to grab something. They have everything I need with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.”

“amazing service. super honest folks who talk a straight game and provide excellent services. got my tiller fixed. no hassle, no fuss and way cheaper than anyone else.”
“These guys are great. I was torn between buying all my lumber at Home Depot or buying it at Golden State. Golden State had a lot more of the unusual stuff in stock, and Mark was extremely patient with me, which I really appreciate. Prices were comparable to Home Depot and he said they have better lumber, so I went with them. A wonderful guy name Davy in the yard spent an hour and a half with me while I meticulously picked out about a hundred straight and mold-free pieces. Im super happy with the lumber and I’m happy and grateful for their expert, patient help. When was the last time you could say that about Home Depot?”
“I've been shopping at Friedman Brothers since the 70s. They're not the huge version of a little country hardware store that they were then, where if you dug around a bit you'd almost always find what you needed, even if it was dusty and a decade old. But they still have pretty much everything that two big box stores have, for a competitive price and if there's a reasonably priced item at Friedmans, Lowes, and Dumb Depot, I will always choose the local business, where most of our money stays local and we support a business that supports us.”

“I have been regularly using this TAP Plastics location for the last year, for large orders for work:
Manager Nicole Mellom, Adam Mumm and team have always been VERY kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with my orders and communicative regarding their status.
I couldn't be happier with their service.”
“We worked with Sergio to get a 90 minute fire door. He was courteous and even called back to check on some details to make sure the hinge specs were correct. We will be back.”
“It is a rare experience in today's world to actually receive hands on customer service, however, today the young lady was more than competent. She went out of her way to give great service and help. Thank you!”

“So this wonderful supply store has those items in life you never new you needed, of wish you didn't. Waddles, sand bags, etc things you end up needing if you live in Sonoma County after a while. Courteous, Helpful and well versed in all things industrial, Omar was understanding of my needs for water barriers at my home. I felt much more confident in my DYI storm management and I feel the prices for what I got were fair and a lot less expensive then I imagined. Really very inexpensive but effective . I received personal service again in the yard when Chris delivered to my truck the waddle and sandbags. Top notch business and staff, great prices and a fantastic resource when it comes to inclement atmospheric rivers!”

“Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and friendly to boot. They usually have what we're looking for, the store is much closer to our house than Home Depot, and the staff are generous with their advice. Glad we have them!”
“Small welding project. I have a stick welder at home but it’s been a very long time. Guy there, Carl made suggestions and changes that improved my idea and made it simpler. Price a little on the high side but done quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend if you have a metal fabrication project. The primed parts are what was added to make my skid steer fork holder work on my farm tractor 3-point hitch. I did the primer and paint to keep the bare steel from rusting.”
“I needed parts for my Lincoln welder and at first , had a hard time finding help . They were out of stock on my part , but had a good time browsing and my dog did too .”

“This was my 5th stop for landscape materials and I wish it had been my first. They have the best selection, good prices, and are still interested in helping homeowners with smaller orders.
Jose was great to speak with too. He took the time to answer all my questions and made great suggestions without being pushy. I’ll be coming back here for the next project.”
“I heard there was a new owner and I needed a chainsaw so I stopped by. My experience was awesome. The shop was clean, I was greeted as soon as I entered, and they had the exact product I needed and a reasonable price. Then Brett showed me the features of the saw and told me I could come back as often as I wanted if I had additional questions. I had a great experience and highly recommend.”
“Blue-collar, construction grade, experience. You want supplies, material and tool's this is the spot. Better leave your feelings in the parking lot, this is a man's store!”
“SINGLE DOOR WAREHOUSE. PARK YOUR TRUCK ON ROAD FIRST .. GO GOR CHECK IN.. THEN YOU HAVE TO BACK YOUR TRUCK FROM EXIT ENTRY TO DOOR… NEED FULL TRUCKING SKILLS FOR THIS..”
“I brought in an Occidental Leather drill holster that I bought here two weeks back, and the clipping that holds the top of the drill in place broke. I talked to Louis about what I should do and they took it down to Occidental to get it fixed, and I had it back at the end of the day, no charge. Thank you guys very much!!”
“While larger Home Depot locations may offer a wider selection, this Santa Rosa store is perfect for local needs. The staff is helpful, and they usually have everything I’m looking for. If not, it’s easy to have items delivered to the store or straight to my door, which makes it very convenient.”
“I always go here before I go to Friedman's. Maybe they will have it and if they do it will be a LOT cheaper. Great prices on metal and supplies for welding projects.”
