Awful experience trying to deposit $900 to my daughter checking account whose in college down south. They wouldn’t let me deposit cash because they are worried about money laundering. Like really, $900! They said if I had an account I could, so I said great I’ll open an account. Then the smug branch manager talked around it. I understand security measures but when a mother needs to deposit money into their child’s account to pay bills like get real! When big banks structure their business practices around criminals and don’t care about the average person this is what happens. I ended up downloading my daughters debit card and depositing the money through the atm so it went in her account anyway, despite the 3 useless bankers getting paid to sit in an empty branch doing nothing! This is why RCU is so popular!

Every time I come here everyone is so nice, fast and efficient. The best tellers are at this chase!! I’ve always had a great experience coming here, no matter what I need, everyone is so helpful and goes above and beyond. Thank you for your great service.

I came in here here to get change for my business. They're very restrictive on how much change I can get and I've never had so many problems trying to get 1's and 5's anywhere. I know this is how it gets in California especially in these types of areas. But trying to force me to do something and holding leverage is juvenile and manipulative. I stopped banking with wells Fargo because of bad business practices and now I'm starting to feel like this here. I think it's this location that might just be giving me a sour feeling because of the treatment received. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Showed up at 9:50 on a Saturday, updated hours taped to the door say they’re open from 9-4 on Saturdays. The website, app and google all say these are also the branch hours. Incredibly unprofessional for a company that bases their interactions with customers on professionalism.

I’ve been banking with Chase for over 20 years. Today I brought my daughter in to open her first individual checking account and credit card without my co-sign. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Eduardo. He explained everything so clearly allowing her to make informed decisions. Every young person needs financial literacy and I really appreciate Eduardo taking the time to make sure my daughter understood the details of the contracts she was committing to. Highly recommend Eduardo as a personal banker.

The female (if there are more than one) manager - a nightmare! I had a peculiar situation I needed solved. The teller said I needed to speak with her manager. She pointed to her manager who was in discussion with another employee. When their conversation ended I started to approach her. Hi. “Are you my next appointment”, she asked. No was my reply. She proceeded to expand on her upcoming appointment. She had no time to meet with walk ins. I was the only customer in the very empty bank. No apologies NO desire to help. If you go to the Chase website NO contact telephone number. Chase it seems does not do well with human contact.

I had a great experience a few weeks ago with the Personal Banker. He did a great job. As well as the front desk people. They were nice.But I called today for a simple question and the lady was kind of rude. I asked her if I needed an appointment for something, and she gave me attitude and acted like I was stupid. And then she didn't even say goodbye before hanging up.

Very slow. Was dealing with biz stuff and the banker didn't know what he was doing. Took him 4 times printing out the same forms because he didn't know what he was doing. I will not be back.

I looked up Chase bank near me, this location came up, 835 4th street Santa RosaI get here not only is the bank closed, you have NO access to a ATM
