I had a some serious banking stuff with all of my kids present and it took about an hour. The Chase crew was fantastic about giving them lollipops and even coloring books! It kept them quiet so I could deal with everything I need to fix on my account due to divorce. Sharen in particular was super knowledgeable and helpful.
