I was told the prescription is ready for pick up. Well that wasn't accurate. It's a Very slow pharmacy . Waited 20 minutes in line for the pharmacy to tell me the 30 more minutes for the prescription to be ready.

Sad and unimpressive pharmacy. Based on the location I was expecting more .. like it would be nicer than some of the other CVS stores in town but no. I think corporate has cut back on paying a decent wage as well as cutting staff to save money resulting in a store that looks deserted.

I've had interactions with a couple people working at this store and they weren't the best. The lack of normal social skills is strong at this location, but I dealt with a guy named Melky the other day and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Need more employees like him to get hired.

What has happened to all of the CVS stores!? They are dirty and cluttered. The carpet is disgusting. All of the stores from Santa Rosa to Sonoma and Napa are in the same state of disarray. The pharmacy never has your prescription ready in a timely manner. Bring back Longs!

A totally understaffed location. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with just 2 cars ahead of me. Rx was not ready even though it is automatically refilled. They need to do better. The amount of customers they have demands such.

The owners of this store should be ashamed of themselves. I have been here multiple times over the years and am shocked at current conditions. Twice this month we saw one, yes one, employee covering the entire store. Try getting something unlocked or asking a question when the poor soul working is trying to keep his/her head above water. Local news needs to do an investigative report on owner and conditions!

This place rarely seems open late night, this time the sign said due to staffing issues they'll reopen at 7am, it's 3:39am as of this post, they would probably make the money back hiring someone for these late hours, cause me and another customer showed about the same time, so us 2 would have probably paid someone's wages for an hour or 2 at least

Called to ask if a prescription of mine was ready and how much of it would be covered by my insurance. The lady on the phone very rudely and literally told me she was 20 seconds from going to lunch then immediately hung up. When I then walked into the pharmacy I immediately knew she was the lady screaming like a banshee at one of her coworkers while helping a customer in line. I want to know what manager allows this kind of behavior.

Top-notch human beings work at this location, the evening/night crew are literally some of the better people I’ve ever even met in my lifetime. This location is by far the best ran location with such helpful amazing people! I really can’t say enough good things about this specific CVS and the specific people who work at this specific CVS!! If I could I would give them 100 stars!!

Not a problem with the store, but rather with a CVS branded product. This dental tape shreds and stays between the teeth rather than removing the food particles between the teeth. I’m throwing it in the trash, and buying a name brand to replace it.

I appreciate the service at the pharmacy. The people there are super sweet. All except one person. An older white man became really defensive when I asked for a prescription that wasn't ready yet. It was a miscommunication and I do not appreciate the defensiveness from that. The person before me was treated really nicely but it was completely different for me. (the customer in front of me is also a white man and I am not) smh it takes away a star from cvs.

Such CRAPPY service. If you have an alternative pharmacy- use it. A 5:00 promised cancer drug wasn't ready the next day at 11:00. Don't use CVS if you can help it.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I tried to pick up medication for my girlfriend after her surgery here. The surgeon said it would be ready by 12pm. CVS said they are going to lunch and it will be ready by 1pm. I came in at 2 pm, and they said it would be ready at 5pm. This created a lot of unnecessary driving around town. I tried to call and expedite/escalate the issue as my girlfriend was in a lot of pain. After requesting to escalate the issue, they hung up on me. I understand being busy, but treating people like this who are concerned about their loved ones is deplorable. Terrible, terrible experience, and the CVS company as a whole should be ashamed of their customer service.
