Horrible quality photos and very expensive. There were two guys working there this morning 12/21 at 8:30 am and zero people in the store and somehow the service was still slow. It cost over $7 for only three 4x6 photos that were grainy and completely off colored. They didn’t offer a refund or anything and blamed my photos for being “backlit”, which obviously they have no clue about photography, because my photos were taken during daylight with all natural lighting and they were not backlit what so ever. Clowns. I highly recommend Draftech if you want incredible quality photos, great service, AND cheaper.

Christine and Andrew were really helpful and patient in printing out passport photos for me, even when I was almost at the closing time of the store. Had been to this store 2 times in past as well and the staff has been supportive and patient all throughout

This is the best experience! Andrew or Anderson….(sorry I’m not sure his name.)He helped me to making return label or how to process very well!!!Thank you so much. I normally use USPS…but I will try FedEx in the future.

Worst experience shipping anything ever and extremely terrible customer service from everyone aside from Andrew. I was mis quoted shipping amounts when I called in 20 mins before arriving. Cost was $60 greater than quoted and it was a business delivery that was not charged to my personal card

I think the clerk's name was Michael. He told me all my options clearly and then walked me through the steps to accomplish the least expensive choice.It was a wonderful exchange with a friendly and helpful clerk. My job was finished quickly and perfectly. I would give him ten stars if possible.

very convenient and easy to find using a traditional old fashioned method of picking up my cell phone and calling for directions. the directions to the store were perfect. i did not get lost. needed copies. and not any of the machines were broken.

Andrew is such a great employee. He has top notch customer service. He is friendly, chipper and efficient. He walks you through all the steps, is transparent with how the pricing works and makes sure your product comes out how you wanted. Always satisfied with our projects because of Andrew.

Today, I needed to send 37 faxes.Don't ask why.Previously I was under the impression that it would take just a few minutes or that I could just download a free app and do it at home. Not so.I'm glad I decided to bring my work here.The process is incredibly old-school and painfully slow, not like tapping out a text.Michael T. was extremely patient and walked me through each process step by step.I believe it took and hour and a half.It was expensive.But it was done right, without any attitude.Michael was totally chill throughout the time I was there.The entire staff seemed pretty chill too.Highly recommended for those occasional office needs in Santa Rosa.5 stars!

I had to ship some family heirlooms from CA to two locations, OR & NJ. I brought the treasures to Michael T at the FedEx location in Santa Rosa. He gave me a complete description of how he'd package and ship the items (sterling-silver and crystal glasses) and the costs involved. His depth of knowledge and concern about my shipments gave me great confidence in a successful shipping experience. He advised that he was the location manager and would personally handle the packing of the items. FedEx is extremely lucky to have team members such as Michael working for the company!

I came in after a horrible experience at Staples and so happy I did! I needed a poster printed for my parent's 50th anniversary. Greg was really helpful and was able to take cate of it very quickly. He was very polite and I was extremely happy with the customer service. Great price too.
