Worst experience shipping anything ever and extremely terrible customer service from everyone aside from Andrew. I was mis quoted shipping amounts when I called in 20 mins before arriving. Cost was $60 greater than quoted and it was a business delivery that was not charged to my personal card

I think the clerk's name was Michael. He told me all my options clearly and then walked me through the steps to accomplish the least expensive choice.It was a wonderful exchange with a friendly and helpful clerk. My job was finished quickly and perfectly. I would give him ten stars if possible.

very convenient and easy to find using a traditional old fashioned method of picking up my cell phone and calling for directions. the directions to the store were perfect. i did not get lost. needed copies. and not any of the machines were broken.
