“We own a travel trailer with a gas oven/cooktop that tended to burn the bottom of everything we baked in the oven. Someone in the RV forums mentioned putting a pizza stone in the bottom of it to solve this problem, so we looked up pizza stones and came across this company.We ordered a custom sized stone from them to fit the measurements of our trailers oven. We're very happy with both the service and the stone. We'd definitely order from them again. And, it absolutely solved the issue with burning things in our trailer's oven, so if anyone out there's looking these stones up for that, it works! Get one.”

His crews were safe and meticulous and productive. He provided the paperwork and documentation required by the County and the 3rd party auditor. His process kept valuable materials out of the waste stream, and he found and worked with local folks who wanted some of the deconstructed materials, cutting down transportation costs and carbon footprint. “I have been here a few times but admittedly I have not been persuaded to make any significant purchases. While they have a good variety tools, gadgets and appliances I feel the offerings are basic, not exclusive. I mean the carry a lot of Cuisinart products but little I would call higher end. Now I appreciate the Gagia espresso machines from Italy but that's about the most exotic thing they carry. I want to really sing their praises being a Santa Rosa institution and small biz, and there may be some things you cant find at a competitor, I just wish they were a little more gourmet.”

Most of my cookware I buy based on their advice and I have not been disappointed.I only wish dealing with their corporate online service reflected the local stores because their customer service is terrible. Don’t bother to call the online support line. All you get is an AI response and it is difficult to get to a real person. If u do it is a useless call center. Shop locally and avoid online.”

The materials were high quality , the hardware was high quality and the workmanship was right on. I'm glad I found this company.”
