Yesterday, February 23, at approximately 1:00 pm, the wait took 30 minutes, despite that, the item I was looking for is basic and they didn't have it, they lack weight and one of the men who serve was waiting for a A boy with a wheelchair will adjust to buy his cell phone asking for money from the same people in the store and outside, which he could not attend to because he had that open order in his system, so he could not attend, I ask you please Be more conscientious with customers and have more attention, in an establishment in an important area, that cannot happen but it is better to close and open the store in another part where you can tolerate this type of negligence,

Good store, went to upgrade phone and there was a line but the wait was overall short - they seem to know what they are doing and were very helpful with my upgrade - even gave me some advice on which phone and line was best for us. I’ll keep this store in mind next time I have to upgrade or get my phone fixed.

I added 2 lines but changed me 3 lines also I never bought Apple Watches they added my bill every month 40$. Pls be careful on this store.

Diego at T Mobile at Coddingtown Mall took the time to personally help me fill out a claim, as opposed to telling me to use the app. He and I both had to work through a few glitches on the app so he understood why I wanted assistance with it. I had already been to another store that would not help me. All was resolved in 15 minutes bc he took the time to help a long term T-Mobile customer. Great customer service!

Terrible service, was told that through a promotion our bill would be $140 for three phones and that the line we were adding would keep the same number. We lost the phone number and are paying $170 and they say "there's nothing they can do, it's just one of those tough situations" Diego Garcia is the one who scammed us and all they did was "retrain" him. We were just guinea pigs for him to screw us over and we get nothing in return!

Edit: Apparently someone got ahold of my information and ran up a T Mobile bill for several hundred dollars. The charges had nothing to do with me. I was paying as I went with my own phone, and I didn't stay with them for very long. This is the first time this has happened to me. The charges come from Santa Rosa T mobile.They are friendly and helpful! Edgar put a lot of time into helping me with my phone.I noticed that the people who came in were also happy with them and had only good things to say. I don't feel hustled at all, and I usually do in other places. I'm glad I found this store.

This store does not care about gaining customers. I went in, willing to switch from Verizon and they were rude and could not care less. T mobile should definitely check their employees.

The service provided to transfer our phones at the Coddingtown Center store was really awesome. However, it has been two weeks and 4 hrs of waiting on the phone or dealing with tech support about the dropped calls, garbled lines, no service areas, sluggish service, and no 5G.No one can say why the voicemail shows up as a text message from Texas or why the wireless is so sluggish. They can only tell me to reset the network settings. Last tech said the tower by me was not set up fully. Really?I switched from ATT when they upped my bill without telling me. TMobile is cheaper but I would rather have something reliable that does not mess up my phone.If they can figure out their service and get it to work I would love to write a good review.

Terrible customer service. The kids working the counter are beyond rude and disrespectful. They don't know what they're doing and probably aren't paid enough to care. They can't even print a package label in color and make everything harder than it's needs to be. Go somewhere else.

My mother and I just spent ages in this location with my niece and nephew. She and I are on a plan together and we just added phones for my sister's kids. Alfredo helped us with every step of setting them up, including putting the screen protectors and cases on even though we didn't buy them there.

I went to this location today to add a second line to my plan, Eric was incredibly helpful, and very patient in addressing all of my concerns and questions. Also very funny, we all had a good laugh! I would definitely recommend this location, they helped me adjust my plan so I wasn't paying for unnecessary services.
