I didn't catch the lady's name who helped me buy a phone this morning. She rocked it tho with great customer service even when the store started getting busy. Thank you for your help today with my purchase and questions!!

This store does not care about gaining customers. I went in, willing to switch from Verizon and they were rude and could not care less. T mobile should definitely check their employees.

Terrible customer service. The kids working the counter are beyond rude and disrespectful. They don't know what they're doing and probably aren't paid enough to care. They can't even print a package label in color and make everything harder than it's needs to be. Go somewhere else.
