Years ago it was a nice place and animals have better care before. Yesterday I was there but pet rats were sad, also their bedding it was not in good conditions. And workers are not that kind anymore ? ?So sad ? they don't have many things to shop. The place need attention on cleaning.

So Krista wants to be rude & disrespectful because I expressed my dissatisfaction over being charged a dime for a bag.. I'm glad your dime was worth losing a $200 sale. I don't appreciate a rude little girl copping an attitude & calling me names, you need to retrain your employees
